Setup

1. Charging the Earphones and Case

1. Place both earphones into the charging case.
2. Connect the charging case to a power source using a Type-C USB cable (not included). The indicator light on the case will show charging status.
3. A full charge for the earphones takes approximately 60 minutes. The charging case (with earphones) takes about 120 minutes to fully charge.

2. Initial Pairing

1. Ensure the earphones are in the charging case and the case has sufficient battery.
2. Open the charging case lid. The indicator light will flash, indicating the earphones are in pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.
4. Search for "OPPO Enco R4" in the list of available Bluetooth devices and select it to connect.
5. Once connected, the indicator light will turn off, and you will hear a confirmation tone.

3. Subsequent Connections

After initial pairing, the earphones will automatically connect to the last paired device when you open the charging case lid (with Bluetooth enabled on your device).

4. Resetting Earphones

If you encounter connection issues, you can reset the earphones:

• Place both earphones in the charging case and keep the lid open.
• Press and hold the function button on the charging case for approximately 10-15 seconds until the indicator light flashes red three times, then flashes white, indicating a successful reset.
• The earphones will then enter pairing mode, and you can re-pair them with your device.

5. OPPO Connect App

For enhanced features and customization, download the OPPO Connect App from your device's app store. The app allows you to:

• Customize touch controls.
• Update firmware.
• Access sound effects like OPPO Alive Audio.
• Activate Game Mode.
