4.1 Powering the Camera (Solar Energy)
The Ubox camera is designed for continuous operation using its 6W solar panel and built-in 10050mAh batteries. Connect the solar panel to the camera using the provided extension cord. Ensure the solar panel is placed in an area that receives ample direct sunlight throughout the day for optimal charging. The system is designed for fast absorption, high conversion, and fast charging.

4.2 Installation Methods
The camera supports multiple installation methods, including ceiling hanging and wall mounting. Choose the method that best suits your monitoring environment.

- Wall Mounting: Use the camera bracket to securely attach the camera to a vertical surface.
- Ceiling Hanging: Use the camera bracket to mount the camera upside down on a horizontal overhead surface.
Ensure the camera is mounted firmly and has a clear line of sight to the area you wish to monitor. The camera is IP66 waterproof, making it suitable for various outdoor conditions including rain, dust, snow, and hot days.

4.3 Network Connection (UBox App)
Download the UBox app from your mobile device's app store (available for iOS and Android). The camera supports Bluetooth and QR code scanning for network configuration.
- Power on the camera.
- Open the UBox app and follow the on-screen instructions to add a new device.
- Select the option to add via Bluetooth or scan the QR code located on the camera or in the user manual.
- Follow the prompts to connect the camera to your 2.4G WiFi network or insert a compatible 4G SIM card (for 4G version).
- Once connected, you can access live view and settings.
5. Operating Instructions

5.1 PTZ Rotation and Zoom
Control the camera's pan (355°) and tilt (100°) movements directly from the UBox app to adjust the viewing angle. The camera also features a 60X digital zoom, allowing you to magnify specific areas for more detailed observation.

5.2 Dual Lens & Dual View Monitoring
The camera features a dual-lens system: a 2.8mm wide-angle lens and a 5-50mm PTZ zoom lens. The UBox app displays two video screens simultaneously, allowing you to monitor both a wide area and a zoomed-in detail. You can freely switch between views or drag the zoom lens to follow the position of the wide-angle lens.

5.3 PIR Human Detection & Auto Tracking
The camera utilizes PIR (Passive Infrared) and AI algorithms for accurate human shape detection within 12 meters. When a moving human is detected, the camera triggers an alarm, initiates video recording, and sends app reminders. The dual-video linkage positioning feature enables the camera to automatically track the detected human, ensuring continuous monitoring. You can set specific deployment times for alarms.

5.4 Night Vision Modes
The camera is equipped with both infrared and white lights, offering two night vision modes:
- Color Night Vision: Utilizes white light to provide full-color video even in low-light conditions.
- IR Night Vision: Uses infrared light for clear black-and-white video in complete darkness, with an IR distance of up to 40 meters.
You can switch between these modes via the UBox app.

5.5 Two-Way Audio

5.6 Storage Methods

- TF Card Storage: Insert a TF card (up to 256GB, preferably LS VISION provided for compatibility) into the designated slot for local storage.
- Cloud Storage: Utilize the cloud storage service (subscription may be required) for secure backup and remote access to your recordings.

5.7 Preset Points & Guards
You can set preset points within the UBox app to quickly navigate the camera's view to important areas. This allows for precise positioning and rapid viewing of critical zones.

- Cleaning: Regularly wipe the camera lens and solar panel with a soft, damp cloth to ensure clear vision and efficient solar charging. Avoid using harsh chemicals.
- Battery Care: The built-in 10050mAh batteries are charged by the solar panel. Ensure the solar panel is free from obstructions (leaves, dirt, snow) to maximize charging efficiency. In prolonged periods of low sunlight, consider temporarily charging the camera via its power cable if necessary.

- Camera Not Connecting to Network:
- Ensure your WiFi network is 2.4Ghz.
