3. Setup and Installation
3.1 Component Identification

3.2 Solar Panel Connection

3.3 Mounting the Camera

3.4 App Installation and Connection (UBox)
Download and install the UBox application on your iOS or Android mobile device. The camera supports Bluetooth and QR code configuration for easy network addition.
- Download the UBox app from your device's app store.
- Open the app and create an account or log in.
- Follow the in-app instructions to add a new device.
- Use Bluetooth or scan the QR code on the camera to establish a connection.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Dual View Monitoring
The UBox app provides two video screens for simultaneous monitoring. One screen displays the wide-angle lens view, and the other displays the zoom lens view. You can switch between views by double-clicking on the screen.

4.2 PTZ Control and Optical Zoom
Control the camera's pan (355°) and tilt (90°) rotation directly from the UBox app. The 60X optical zoom allows you to magnify specific areas for greater detail.

The zoom lens can follow the position of the wide-angle lens to focus on areas of interest. Simply drag on the wide-angle screen to adjust the zoom lens's focus.

4.3 PIR Human Detection & Auto Tracking
The camera utilizes a PIR sensor and AI for humanoid detection. When a human is detected within 12 meters, the camera will automatically track their movement and send an alarm notification to your UBox app.

4.4 Night Vision Modes
The camera offers two night vision modes:
- Color Night Vision: Uses white light LEDs to provide full-color video in low-light conditions.
- IR Night Vision: Uses infrared LEDs for clear black-and-white video in complete darkness.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Solar Panel Care
To ensure optimal charging efficiency, regularly clean the surface of the solar panel to remove dust, dirt, or debris. A clean panel ensures maximum sunlight absorption.

5.2 Storage Methods
The camera supports two storage options for recorded video:
- TF Card Storage: Insert a compatible TF card (up to 256GB, LS VISION recommended) into the camera's designated slot. Ensure the card is formatted correctly.
- Cloud Storage: Subscribe to the cloud storage service via the UBox app for secure online backup of your recordings.

5.3 Weather Resistance
The camera is IP65 waterproof, meaning it is protected against dust and water jets. While designed to withstand various weather conditions (rain, dust, snow, hot days), avoid submerging the camera in water or exposing it to extreme pressure washing.

6. Troubleshooting
- Camera not connecting to Wi-Fi/4G: Ensure the camera is within range of your router or has a strong 4G signal. Double-check network credentials during setup. Try resetting the camera and re-pairing via the UBox app.
- No video feed: Check network connectivity. Ensure the camera's batteries are charged or the solar panel is receiving adequate sunlight. Verify the camera is powered on.
- Motion detection not working: Ensure PIR detection is enabled in the UBox app settings. Adjust sensitivity if necessary. Clear any obstructions in the camera's field of view.
- Poor night vision: Ensure the camera lenses are clean. Check if the correct night vision mode (Color or IR) is selected in the app.
- Two-way audio issues: Check microphone and speaker permissions for the UBox app on your phone. Ensure there are no obstructions blocking the camera's microphone or speaker.
- Battery not charging: Ensure the solar panel is clean and exposed to direct sunlight. Check the connection between the solar panel and the camera.
