2. Introduction to Your HITWAY BK20 E-Bike

3. Setup and Assembly
Your HITWAY BK20 electric bike comes partially assembled. Follow these steps to complete the setup:
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future transport or storage.
- Unfolding the Bike:
- Locate the main frame hinge and handlebar stem hinge.
- Release the safety latches and unfold the frame and handlebar stem until they lock into place. Ensure all quick releases and latches are securely fastened.

- Handlebar Adjustment: Adjust the handlebar height and angle for a comfortable riding position. Tighten all bolts securely.
- Seat Post Installation and Adjustment:
- Insert the seat post into the frame.
- Adjust the seat height so your feet can comfortably touch the ground when stopped.
- Secure the seat post with the quick-release lever.
- Pedal Installation: Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. Thread them into the crank arms carefully (left pedal counter-clockwise, right pedal clockwise) and tighten with a wrench.
- Battery Installation and Charging:
- The HITWAY BK20 features a built-in removable battery. Ensure it is securely seated in its compartment.
- Before first use, fully charge the battery. Connect the charger to the battery port and then to a power outlet. The indicator light on the charger will change when fully charged.
