  • Battery: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the mouse frequently. Charge it when the battery indicator shows low power.
  • Storage: Store the mouse in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Avoid Drops: While durable, avoid dropping the mouse to prevent internal damage.

5. Troubleshooting

5.1 Connectivity Issues

  • 2.4GHz Wireless: Ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged in and the mouse is switched to 2.4GHz mode. Try plugging the receiver into a different USB port.
  • Bluetooth: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the mouse is in Bluetooth pairing mode. Remove any previous pairings and try re-pairing.

  • Mode Switch: Ensure the mouse is in the correct connection mode (Wired, 2.4GHz, or Bluetooth) for your setup.
  • Driver Software: If using programmable features, ensure the driver software is installed and up to date.

5.3 Inaccurate Tracking

  • Surface: Ensure you are using the mouse on a clean, suitable surface. Avoid highly reflective or transparent surfaces.
