6. Operating Instructions

This TV stand offers a fixed wall-mounted position with a convenient tilting feature.

  • Tilting Angle: The TV stand allows for a fixed 15-degree downward tilt. This angle is pre-set to help reduce glare and provide an optimal viewing experience from a seated position. No further adjustment is needed or possible beyond this fixed tilt.
  • Low Profile Design: The stand keeps your TV approximately 20mm (3.5cm from the side view) from the wall, providing a sleek and clean look for your entertainment area.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the TV stand with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the finish.
  • Periodic Checks: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight and secure. Loose connections can compromise the safety and stability of your TV.
  • Damage: If any part of the TV stand becomes damaged, discontinue use immediately and contact customer support for assistance.

8. Troubleshooting

  • TV feels unstable: Ensure all wall mounting screws and TV attachment screws are fully tightened. Verify that the wall type is appropriate and that the correct anchors were used. Check that the TV's weight does not exceed the maximum load capacity.
  • TV is not level: Re-check the wall plate's alignment using a spirit level during installation. If the TV is already mounted, you may need to slightly loosen the wall plate screws, adjust, and re-tighten.
  • Difficulty attaching TV: Confirm that your TV's VESA pattern matches the mount's compatibility and that you are using the correct size screws and washers for your TV model.

9. User Tips

  • Pre-assembly Check: Before starting, lay out all parts and compare them with the package contents list to ensure nothing is missing.
  • Cable Management: Plan your cable routing before mounting the TV to ensure a clean and organized setup.
  • Wall Stud Finder: If mounting to wood studs, use a reliable stud finder to locate the center of the studs for secure attachment.
