7. Troubleshooting (FAQ)

Q: A "File Error" message appears on the machine.
A: Go to Settings menu > Restore factory settings and format the memory card. This is usually a problem with the TF card.
Q: Horizontal stripes appear on the screen.
A: Please select the correct power supply frequency (50HZ for PAL regions).
Q: How to correctly enable the 24-hour parking monitoring function?
A: Do not turn it on during normal driving, as it may cause automatic shutdown or crashes. It needs to be turned on after parking. If parking monitoring is required, please configure it. Set up a VCC step-down line (note that the output voltage is the same as the cigarette lighter). The cigarette lighter car charger does not support parking monitoring.
Q: The pictures taken at night are not clear enough.
A: Recorder photography relies on strong external light sources (such as street lights/car lights). Ensure your windshield and lens are clean.
Q: The machine always reverts to the default date and time.
A: The built-in battery is out of power. Please use a cigarette lighter to charge it fully.
Q: Why does the video file lose seconds?
A: Ensure motion detection is off and loop recording is on. If you are using your own card, you must choose a genuine Class 10 high-speed memory card.
