7.1. Cooling Fan Management

Models like 2+64GB / T6 / T10 / G20 include a built-in cooling fan to prevent overheating during high-speed operation or prolonged use. The fan can be set to turn on automatically when the CPU temperature exceeds 70°C and turn off when it drops below 70°C. Manual control is also available.

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:

8.1. Radio Not Turning On

• Check Voltage: Ensure the car radio receives 12V.
• Wiring: Confirm that the red and yellow wires are connected to the positive side of the 12V power supply, and the black line to the negative. Use the provided power cables; do not directly insert the original car plug.
• Fuses: Check and replace any blown fuses of the same type.
• Internal Connection: If the radio still doesn't turn on, there might be a loose internal connection from shipping. Open the back cover to check and reconnect any loose wires.

8.2. Rearview Camera Displays "No Signal"

• Camera Connection: Ensure the camera's video line is properly connected to the "CAMIN" port of the car radio.
• Camera Format: Verify that the camera supports AHD 1080P, AHD 720P, CVBS, PAL, or NTSC format. Note: T3L versions do not support AHD 1080P.

8.3. "Can't watch video while driving" Message

• Video Warning Setting: Turn off the "Video Warning" function in the device settings.

8.4. Cannot Search FM Radio Stations

• Antenna Connection: Ensure the radio antenna is properly inserted and well-contacted. Try re-inserting it several times.
• Signal Strength: Move to an area with better radio signal reception.
• Antenna Condition: Check if the car's radio antenna is damaged or ineffective; replace it if necessary.

8.5. Cannot Connect Bluetooth

• Pairing Process: On your phone, open Bluetooth settings, search for the player's Bluetooth model, and pair. Use pairing codes 0000, 1234, or 123456 if prompted.
• Test with Another Device: Try connecting with a different mobile phone to isolate the issue.
• Bluetooth Antenna: Check if the Bluetooth receiving antenna is properly connected.
• Reset: If all else fails, unplug the power plug from the back of the player, wait 3 minutes, and plug it back in.

8.6. Weak Bluetooth or WiFi Signal

• Antenna Extension: Check and reconnect the yellow rear camera input connector. The two short cables are extensions for the Bluetooth and WiFi antennas. You can extend them further to enhance the signal.

8.7. Navigation Map Not Working

• GPS Signal: Check if the GPS has a signal by clicking on GPS signal detection. If there's a signal, try reinstalling the map or using a mobile WiFi hotspot.
• GPS Antenna: If there's no GPS signal, move out of the garage and test the GPS interface voltage. It should be 3.3V. If not, replace the GPS antenna.

8.8. Abnormal Screen Display

• One-Key Recovery: Try the one-key recovery button.
• Screen Cable: If the issue persists, remove the screw on the back, check if the screen cable is loose, and reconnect it.

8.9. Abnormal Sound

• Wiring Check: Check if the original car cable has been modified. If so, inspect the speaker cable and reconnect it.
