3. Setup
Precautions Before Use
- Please use the original car charger provided to avoid faults or incompatibility. The dash cam battery is designed only to maintain and save settings. It must be connected to the car charger for continuous power. If power to the unit is interrupted, it will shut down.
- If you encounter an "SD Card error," please "Reset" the dash cam or re-insert and format the SD card.
Installation
- Mounting the Main Unit: Attach the main dash cam unit to your car's windshield using the provided suction cup mount. Ensure it does not obstruct your view.
- Connecting Cameras:
- Connect the interior camera to the AV-IN port on the main unit.
- If applicable, install the rear camera at the back of your vehicle and route its cable to the main unit. - Inserting the SD Card: Open the TF Card SLOT and insert a genuine C10 high-speed MicroSD card (not included, unless specified in your purchase option). Ensure it is inserted correctly.
- Power Connection: Connect the Mini USB power cable to the dash cam's power slot and plug the other end into your car's cigarette lighter socket using the original car charger.
- Initial Power On: The dash cam should power on automatically when the car starts. If not, long-press the POWER & OK button for 2-3 seconds.
- Basic Settings: Access the Menu to set the correct date, time, and other preferences.
4. Operating Instructions
Recording
The dash cam will typically start recording automatically when powered on. You can manually start or stop recording by short-pressing the POWER & OK button.

Loop Recording
This feature ensures continuous recording by overwriting the oldest files when the memory card is full. Important events are protected from being overwritten by the G-Sensor.

Super Night Vision
The dash cam is equipped with Super Night Vision technology, which automatically fills light in dark conditions, reducing image noise and enhancing clarity. This improves low-light performance and dynamic range.

Automatic Brightness Adjustment
The camera automatically adjusts exposure, reducing it when too bright and filling light when too dark, to maintain optimal video quality.

G-Sensor & Emergency Lock
When an emergency brake or collision is detected by the G-Sensor, the dash cam automatically locks the current video file, protecting it from being overwritten by loop recording.

24H Parking Monitor
This function allows the dash cam to monitor your vehicle even when parked. It requires a VCC step-down line for proper operation, as the cigarette lighter car charger does not support parking monitoring. Do not activate this function while driving, as it may cause automatic shutdown or crashes.
Video Playback
You can play back recorded videos either on a PC or directly on the dash cam.
- Playback on PC:
a. Stop recording on the dash cam.
b. Remove the SD card from the dash cam.
c. Insert the SD card into a card reader and connect it to your PC.
d. Play back the video files using appropriate media player software. - Playback on Dash Cam:
a. Stop recording.
b. Short-press the M button once to enter playback mode.
c. Use the UP (<) and DOWN (>) buttons to scroll through and select video files.
d. Long-press the M button to delete or protect the current file.
e. Short-press the M button again to exit playback mode.
5. Maintenance
SD Card Handling
- Always use a genuine C10 high-speed memory card for optimal performance and to prevent data loss.
- Regularly format the SD card (via the dash cam's menu settings) to maintain its performance and prevent file errors.
Power and Battery
- The built-in battery is primarily for saving settings and is not intended for continuous power. Ensure the dash cam is always connected to the car charger for operation.
- If the dash cam consistently reverts to the default date and time, the built-in battery may be depleted. Charge it fully by keeping the dash cam connected to the car charger.
Cleaning
- Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the dash cam's lens and body. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
6. Troubleshooting (FAQ)
- Q: A "File Error" message appears on the machine.
- A: This is usually a problem with the TF card. Go to Settings menu > Restore factory settings and format the memory card.
- Q: Horizontal stripes appear on the screen.
- A: Please select the correct power supply frequency, 50HZ (PAL).
- Q: How to correctly enable the 24-hour parking monitoring function?
- A: Do not turn it on during normal driving, as it may cause automatic shutdown or crashes. It needs to be turned on after parking. If parking monitoring is required, please configure it. Set up a VCC step-down line (note that the output voltage is the same as the cigarette lighter). The cigarette lighter car charger does not support parking monitoring.
- Q: The pictures taken at night are not clear enough.
- A: Recorder photography relies on strong external light sources (such as street lights/car lights).
- Q: The machine always reverts to the default date and time.
- A: The built-in battery is out of power. Please use a cigarette lighter to charge it fully.
- Q: Why does the video file lose seconds?
- A: (Please turn off the motion detection function/turn on the loop recording function). If you configure your own card, you must choose a genuine C10 high-speed memory card.
