1. Safety Warnings
To ensure safe and correct use of the lamps, please read the following safety tips carefully before use to avoid unnecessary failures and injuries.
- Non-professionals should not disassemble the lamps and accessories inside the lamps without authorization.
- AC Power Supply: Check whether the local power supply meets the rated voltage requirements of the product (110V-240V).
- The luminaire is designed according to the type of electric shock protection. It must be connected to a fully grounded power supply system, and the ground wire of the luminaire must be connected to the ground wire of the power supply system. Do not use a power cord with damaged insulation, and do not bond the power cord to other wires.
- When installing and positioning the lamp, maintain a minimum distance of 10 meters from any point on the surface of the lamp and any flammable and explosive materials. Maintain 2.5 meters from the irradiated object. Do not install the lamp directly on the surface of burnable materials.
- The ambient operating temperature of the lamp is between -10°C and +40°C. The maximum surface temperature of the lamp is 80°C. The lamp should be kept away from liquid substances and humid environments.
- Before using the lamp, ensure it is well grounded. Do not install or remove any parts of the lamp while it is powered on.
- When installing lamps, the fixing screws must be tightened, and a safety cable must be added. Regular inspections must be made.
- It is recommended that the continuous working time of the lamp should not exceed 10 hours. The interval between continuous startup of the lamp should not be less than 10 minutes to prevent overheating protection of the bulb.
- During use, if the lamp is abnormal, stop using it immediately.
- When the bulb reaches its rated service life, it should be replaced promptly to avoid dangerous accidents like bulb explosion.
- The rotating parts of the lamps and the pasting accessories must be checked regularly. If they are loose or shaken, they should be reinforced in time to prevent accidents.
- The lamps are cooled by strong wind, which can accumulate dust. It must be cleaned once a month, especially the cooling air outlet, to prevent blockage and ensure proper heat dissipation.

3. Setup Instructions
3.1 Physical Installation
Ensure the light is placed on a stable surface or securely mounted using the provided light hooks and screws. Maintain recommended safety distances from flammable materials and irradiated objects as per Section 1.

3.2 Power Connection
Connect the power cord to the "POWER-IN" port on the back of the light and then to a grounded AC power outlet (110V-240V). Ensure the power switch is in the "OFF" position before connecting.

3.3 DMX Connection (Optional)
For DMX control, connect a DMX cable from your DMX controller to the "DMX-IN" port of the first light. To daisy-chain multiple lights, connect from the "DMX-OUT" of the first light to the "DMX-IN" of the next, and so on. Up to 4 units can be connected via ohm head input/output.
4. Operating Instructions
The light offers multiple operating modes for versatility.
4.1 Control Panel Navigation
Use the LCD display and buttons (UP, DOWN, MENU, ENTER) to navigate through the settings. The main menu typically includes options for Address, Mode, Channels, Reverse, Mic Sense, Language, and Reset.

4.2 Operating Modes

- Self-Propelled (Auto) Mode: The light will run through pre-programmed sequences automatically. Select "Mode" from the main menu and choose an automatic program.
- Voice Control (Sound Activated) Mode: The light reacts to sound and music. Select "Mic Sense" from the main menu to activate this mode.
- Master-Slave Mode: Connect multiple lights via DMX cables. Set one light as "Master" and others as "Slave" to synchronize their movements and effects.
- DMX Control Mode: For professional control, connect to a DMX512 controller. Set the DMX address for each light using the "Address" option in the main menu. The light supports 16CH/24CH/32CH channels.
4.3 Color and Beam Effects
The 19x15W RGBW 4in1 LEDs allow for a wide range of colors and mixing. The zoom angle is adjustable from 7° to 60°, enabling both tight beam effects and wide wash lighting.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your moving head lights.
- Cleaning: Due to strong wind cooling, dust can accumulate. Clean the light once a month, especially the cooling air outlet, to prevent blockage and ensure proper heat dissipation. Use a soft, dry cloth for external cleaning.
- Inspection: Regularly check the fixing screws and safety cables to ensure they are tightened. Inspect rotating parts and accessories for any looseness or shaking and reinforce them as needed.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the lights in a dry, dust-free environment.
6. Troubleshooting
Here are some common issues and their potential solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Light does not power on. | No power, faulty cable, power switch off. | Check power connection, ensure switch is ON, test with another power cable/outlet. |
| Light is unresponsive to DMX controller. | Incorrect DMX address, faulty DMX cable, incorrect DMX mode. | Verify DMX address settings, check DMX cable connections, ensure light is in DMX mode. |
| Light overheats or shuts down unexpectedly. | Poor ventilation, dust accumulation in cooling system, continuous operation exceeding 10 hours. | Ensure adequate ventilation, clean cooling vents, allow for cool-down periods (at least 10 minutes after 10 hours of use). |
| Movement is erratic or jerky. | Loose mechanical parts, motor issue, DMX signal interference. | Check for loose screws on moving parts, reset the light, check DMX signal integrity. |
If the problem persists after attempting these solutions, please contact customer support.
