Troubleshooting (FQA)
- Q: Why is the storage capacity displayed on the product inconsistent with the nominal value?
- A: Computers use a binary system (1024 bases). Every 1024 bytes equals 1KB, 1024KB equals 1MB, and 1024MB equals 1GB. This difference in calculation, along with space used by the built-in system and word stock, causes the discrepancy between displayed and nominal storage capacity.
- Q: Why are some songs unable to be played?
- A: The audio format may not be supported. Please ensure the audio files are in a supported format (WMA, FLAC, MP3, APE, OGG).
- Q: Why is the responding speed of the product getting slow?
- A: After prolonged use or frequent file deletion, the internal flash memory may develop fragments, leading to slower processing speed. Use professional software to format the flash memory to resolve this. Additionally, damaged MP3 files can also slow down processing.
- Q: What if the built-in software is damaged?
- A: This is typically caused by abnormal operation. Please contact your local agent for assistance.
