Setup
1. Unboxing and Initial Inspection
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect the device and accessories for any signs of damage. If any items are missing or damaged, please contact customer support.
2. Wiring Diagram
The device requires connection to an access control power supply, magnetic lock(s), and an exit button. A doorbell can also be integrated. Ensure all connections are secure and follow local electrical codes.

Mount the device at an appropriate height for facial and palm vein recognition. Use the provided mounting plate, screws, and wall plugs to secure the device firmly to the wall or door frame.
Operating Instructions
1. User Management
Access the device menu (usually by pressing 'MENU' and entering an administrator password) to add, modify, or delete users. Each user can be assigned one or more authentication methods.
2. Authentication Methods
The system supports multiple unlocking methods:
- Password Unlocking: Enter your registered password on the keypad.
- Fingerprint Unlocking (M22 only): Place your registered finger on the fingerprint sensor.
- QR Code Unlocking: Generate a visitor QR code via the mobile app and scan it with the device's camera.
- Face Recognition: Stand in front of the device for facial scanning. The device features live face recognition to prevent spoofing with photos or videos.
- Palm Vein Unlocking: Place your palm over the palm vein scanner for recognition.

The device automatically records attendance based on successful authentications. Attendance reports can be uploaded and downloaded via a USB drive for easy management.

Troubleshooting

- Device Not Powering On: Check all power connections and ensure the power supply is functioning correctly.
- Authentication Failure: Ensure the user's registered data (face, palm, fingerprint, password) is correctly entered and the user is positioned correctly in front of the sensor. Clean the sensor/camera if necessary.
- Door Not Unlocking: Verify the wiring to the magnetic lock and exit button. Check the lock's power supply.
- Anti-Pry Alarm: The system is equipped with an anti-pry safety alarm. If the lock body is tampered with, damaged, or invaded by external forces, the system will automatically lock and trigger an alarm. Investigate the cause of the alarm and secure the device.

For outdoor installations, it is highly recommended to install the device under a protective cover or in a sheltered location to prevent direct exposure to rain, snow, or extreme temperatures, which could affect its performance and lifespan.
