4. Setup Instructions

The AULA F3001 keyboard offers three connection methods to suit your needs.

4.1. Wired Connection (Type-C)

  1. Locate the Type-C port on the keyboard.
  2. Connect one end of the provided USB Type-C cable to the keyboard and the other end to a USB port on your computer.
  3. The keyboard will automatically be recognized and ready for use.
  4. To switch to wired mode from wireless, press FN + ~.

4.2. 2.4G Wireless Connection

  1. Ensure the keyboard is powered on using the toggle switch.
  2. Before inserting the receiver, search for the device.
  3. Press the FN + ESC combination key. The ESC key light will flash slowly.
  4. Press and hold FN + ESC for 3 seconds. The ESC key light will flash quickly, indicating it's in code pairing state.
  5. Insert the 2.4G wireless receiver into a USB port on your computer.
  6. The keyboard will automatically complete the code pairing, and the ESC key light will remain on, indicating a successful connection.

4.3. Bluetooth Wireless Connection

The keyboard supports connecting up to three Bluetooth devices.

  1. Ensure the keyboard is powered on using the toggle switch.
  2. Activate Bluetooth on your device (computer, laptop, tablet, or phone).
  3. To connect to Bluetooth device 1, press FN + F1. The F1 key light indicator will flash quickly during pairing.
  4. On your device, search for Bluetooth devices and select "AULA F3001" (or similar name).
  5. Once connected, the F1 key light will flash slowly when reconnecting and restore the background light effect when connected.
  6. Repeat steps 3-5 using FN + F2 for Bluetooth device 2 and FN + F3 for Bluetooth device 3.
  7. You can switch between connected Bluetooth devices by pressing FN + F1, FN + F2, or FN + F3.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Multifunctional Knob

The knob on the keyboard allows for quick switching between Game and Office modes, and controls various functions within each mode.

Switching Modes:

  • Long press the knob: Toggles between Game Mode (knob indicator light on) and Office Mode (knob indicator light off).

Game Mode Functions:

  • Press the knob: Cycles through 20 types of light effects.
  • Turn the knob upwards: Increases backlight brightness.
  • Turn the knob downwards: Decreases backlight brightness.
  • M1 key: Activates Game Mode 1 (WSADCOEZ, Shift-L, Tab, Ctrl-L, TBVNF, Alt-L, Number keys 1-5 lit up).
  • M2 key: Activates Game Mode 2 (QWERDF, Number keys 1-6, ESC, ASMCGY, Space, H, Tab lit up).

Note: In iOS/MAC systems, FN+F4 returns to the main screen. FN+F5 has no function.

  • Keyboard not responding in wireless mode:
    • Ensure the keyboard is powered on.

    • For 2.4G, ensure the receiver is properly inserted and re-pair if necessary (FN + ESC).

  • Backlight not working or stuck:
