This versatile 3-in-1 appliance is designed to simplify your cooking process, offering functions for kneading dough, grinding meat for stuffing, and baking with an integrated air fryer. Please read this manual carefully before use to ensure safe and optimal operation.

2. Important Safety Instructions

• Read all instructions before using the appliance.
• Do not immerse the main unit in water or other liquids.
• Keep hands and utensils out of the mixing bowl during operation to prevent injury and damage to the appliance.
• Ensure the appliance is placed on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
• Unplug the appliance from the outlet when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts, and before cleaning.
• Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
• Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
• Use only attachments and accessories recommended by the manufacturer.
• Do not use outdoors.
• Avoid contact with moving parts.

5. Setup and Assembly

5.1 Unpacking

1. Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Check the packing list to ensure all parts are included and undamaged.
3. Remove any protective films or packaging materials from the appliance and accessories.

5.2 Initial Cleaning

• Before first use, wash all removable parts (dough mixing bucket, meat grinding bucket, air fryer basket, dough knife, meat grinder blade, measuring spoon/cup) with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
• Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.

5.3 Assembly

1. Place the main unit on a stable, flat, and dry surface. The bottom anti-slip pads ensure stability during operation.
2. Depending on the desired function, select the appropriate bucket (dough mixing, meat grinding, or air fryer basket).
3. Insert the chosen bucket into the base of the main unit, ensuring it is securely seated.
4. For kneading, attach the dough knife to the central shaft inside the dough mixing bucket. For meat grinding, attach the four-leaf meat grinder blade to the central shaft inside the meat grinding bucket. The air fryer basket does not require a blade.
5. Close the top cover securely. The appliance features a one-second disassembly design for easy attachment and removal of parts.

6. Operating Instructions

The MR8801 features a large touchscreen control panel for easy operation. Ensure the appliance is properly assembled and plugged into a 220V/50HZ power outlet before starting.

6.1 Kneading Dough

1. Ensure the dough mixing bucket and dough knife are installed.
2. Add ingredients (e.g., 300g flour, 150ml water) to the dough mixing bucket. The ceramic flour barrel has a 4L capacity and can knead up to 1KG of dough at a time.
