The LAUNCH CNC605A Injector Cleaner & Tester is an advanced electromechanical product designed for cleaning and testing fuel injectors. 4. Setup

Before operating the LAUNCH CNC605A, ensure the following setup steps are completed:

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the main unit and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect for any damage.
  2. Placement: Place the unit on a stable, level surface in a well-ventilated area, away from any naked flames or sources of ignition.
  3. Power Connection: Connect the main unit to an AC220V~50/60Hz power supply. Ensure the voltage matches the unit's requirements.
  4. Air Supply Connection: Connect an air supply providing 5-8 bar pressure to the designated air inlet port.
  5. Injector Preparation: Before placing injectors into the ultrasonic bathtub, clean their exterior thoroughly with a suitable cleaning liquid to remove dirt.

5. Operation

The CNC605A offers various functions for comprehensive injector cleaning and testing. Follow these general steps for operation:

5.1. General Operating Procedure

  1. Initial Cleaning: After external cleaning, place the injectors into the ultrasonic bathtub. Ensure the cleaning fluid does not exceed the connection port of the pulse line.
  2. Ultrasonic Cleaning: Activate the ultrasonic system. This process dislodges carbon build-up and other particles from inside the injectors.
  3. Mounting Injectors: Fix the cleaned injectors onto the main machine's test bench.
  4. Test Liquid Addition: Add the appropriate test liquid to the glass tubes, ensuring it reaches at least half the tube's height.
  5. Performing Tests: Select and perform the desired tests from the available functions.
  6. Retesting: After cleaning cycles, return the injectors to the flow bench for retesting of all functions to verify performance improvement.

5.2. Specific Test Functions

  • Ultrasonic Cleaning: Removes carbon deposition from injectors.
  • Uniformity / Sprayability Test: Checks the uniformity of injection amount and monitors spray patterns using backlight.
  • Leakage Test: Evaluates injector sealing and dribbling conditions under system pressure.

6. Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your CNC605A Injector Cleaner & Tester.

  • Regular Cleaning: Keep the exterior of the machine clean. Wipe down surfaces with a soft, damp cloth.
  • Cleaning Fluid Management: After ultrasonic cleaning, the remaining cleaning fluid can be recycled for future use. Dispose of spent fluids according to local regulations.

  • Recalibrate the unit if necessary (refer to advanced settings or contact support).
Issue: Display language needs to be changed.
  • Navigate to the "Setting" menu on the LCD display to adjust the system language.

  • Voltage Compatibility: The unit operates on AC220V. If your region uses 110V, a suitable voltage converter will be required to ensure proper operation and prevent damage.
