  • Allow a few minutes for the device to acquire a stable signal, especially during the first use or after a long period of inactivity.
  • Check if the device firmware is up to date (if applicable, refer to the manufacturer's website for updates).

Display Issues

  • If the screen is dim, check the backlight settings.
  • If the screen is unresponsive, try restarting the device.

Battery Not Charging

  • Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the device and the power source.
  • Try using a different Type-C cable or USB power adapter.
  • Verify the power source is functioning correctly.

8. User Tips

  • For best GPS accuracy, start your ride in an open area and allow the device a moment to lock onto satellites before beginning your activity.
  • Regularly charge your device, especially before long rides, to take full advantage of its 28-hour battery life.
  • Keep the screen clean for optimal readability, especially when using the automatic backlight feature.
  • Familiarize yourself with the button functions to quickly navigate through data pages and settings while riding.
