If you encounter any issues with your BQCC Car MP3 Player, refer to the table below for common problems and solutions.
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| Screen no display or button not lit | Check whether the wiring harness is connected correctly. |
| Sound cannot be heard | Adjust the volume to the optimum level. Check the cords and connections. |
| Radio reception is poor (DAB sound stuck, FM static noise) | Connect the antenna firmly. Add an antenna amplifier if needed. |
| Cannot read U-disk or TF card | The U-disk or TF card is damaged; please replace it. |
| Cannot read music file in U-Disk or TF card | The music file format is not supported by this unit. It only supports specified formats (MP3/WAV/FLAC). |
| Insert U-disk or TF card screen not displayed | The music file in storage is too much; it needs some time to read. |
| Antenna connector doesn't match your car | Use a commercially available antenna connector adapter. |

| Crash caused by unknown reason | Poke the reset hole with a slender object to reset the unit. |
8. User Tips
- Power On/Off: If the unit doesn't turn on, ensure the car's voltage is DC 12V. When testing, connect red and yellow wires to positive, and black to negative. Always use the provided power cables.
- Time Display: The time clock feature cannot be removed. If you don't need it, you can unplug the power.
- No Sound Issues: If there's no sound, check your audio cable compatibility and ensure no wires are touching. Test with a single speaker connected to a group of audio cables to isolate the issue.
- FM Search Issues: Ensure the radio antenna is properly inserted and well-contacted. If in a low-signal area, move to a better location. Consider replacing a broken or ineffective car radio antenna.
- Bluetooth Connection: If pairing fails, try entering "0000", "1234", or "123456" as the pairing code. If issues persist, try another mobile phone or unplug the player's back plug for 3 minutes before re-plugging.
- Professional Installation: While basic wiring is provided, professional installation is recommended to avoid damage to your car's dashboard and ensure correct setup.
