- Clean Along Right Edge: The robot starts cleaning from the top-right corner and follows a path along the right edge of the window.
These modes can be selected via the remote control or the mobile application.
9. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your Liectroux YW810 robot window cleaner.

- Water Tank: Empty any remaining water from the tank after use. Periodically clean the water tank to prevent residue buildup.
- Robot Surface: Wipe the exterior of the robot with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Sensors: Gently clean the anti-dropping sensors and frame detection sensors with a soft, dry cloth to ensure accurate operation.
- Safety Rope: Inspect the safety rope for any signs of wear or damage before each use. Replace if necessary.
- Storage: Store the robot in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
10. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Robot does not adhere to the window. | Insufficient suction power; dirty cleaning pads; uneven surface. | Ensure power is connected and turned on. Clean or replace cleaning cloths. Ensure the window surface is relatively flat. |
| Robot falls off the window. | Safety rope not attached; power disconnected; extreme dirt on window. | ALWAYS attach the safety rope. Check power connection. Pre-clean very dirty windows manually. |
| Poor cleaning performance. | Dirty or dry cleaning cloths; insufficient water spray; stubborn stains. | Replace or wash cleaning cloths. Refill water tank. For very dirty windows, pre-clean or run multiple cycles. |
| Remote control not working. | Dead batteries in remote; out of range; interference. | Replace remote control batteries. Ensure you are within range. Try using the mobile app. |
| Robot stops unexpectedly. | Power interruption; sensor obstruction; internal error. | Check power connection. Clean sensors. If problem persists, power cycle the device. |
11. User Tips
- For extremely dirty windows, it is recommended to run the robot in dry mode first to remove loose dirt, then follow with a wet cleaning cycle.
- Use distilled water or a specialized window cleaning solution to prevent streaks and water spots.
- Ensure the cleaning cloths are slightly damp, not soaking wet, for best results during wet mopping.
- When cleaning multiple windows, change the cleaning cloths regularly to maintain efficiency and prevent spreading dirt.
