  • If storing the device for an extended period, charge it to about 50% and store in a cool, dry place. Recharge every few months to prevent deep discharge.

7.3 Storage

  • Store the device in its carrying case when not in use to protect it from dust and physical damage.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.

8. Troubleshooting

  • No Power:
Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the AC adapter and check if the 'Charge' indicator lights up. If not, try a different power outlet or adapter. Check the power switch is fully in the 'ON' position.
  • No Signal/Low Signal Quality:
Verify all LNB cable connections are secure. Check the LNB for damage or proper alignment. Ensure the correct satellite and transponder settings are selected in the device. Adjust the dish alignment slowly and precisely. Check for obstructions between the dish and the satellite.
  • Screen Frozen/Unresponsive:
Try restarting the device by turning it off and then on again. If the issue persists, allow the battery to fully discharge and then recharge before attempting to power on again.
  • Software Update Failure:
Ensure the USB drive is formatted correctly (FAT32) and the firmware file is placed in the root directory. Do not interrupt the power during the update process. Try a different USB drive if problems persist.
