Setup and Pairing

1. Initial Power On

Press and hold the power button for a few seconds to turn on the speaker. The LED indicators will light up.

2. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth pairing mode (the Bluetooth indicator will be flashing).
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
3. Select "Tronsmart Bang 2" from the list of devices.
4. Once connected, the Bluetooth indicator on the speaker will stop flashing and remain solid.

3. True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing

To pair two Tronsmart Bang 2 speakers for stereo sound:

1. Turn on both speakers.
2. Ensure neither speaker is connected to any Bluetooth device.
3. On one speaker (this will be the primary speaker), press the TWS button. The TWS indicator will flash.
4. The primary speaker will automatically search for and connect to the secondary speaker.
5. Once connected, both TWS indicators will remain solid, and you will hear a confirmation tone.
6. Connect your device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth as described above.

4. Multi-Speaker Sync (Broadcast Playing Mode)

To connect multiple Tronsmart Bang 2 speakers (up to 100+) for a synchronized audio and light experience:

1. Connect one speaker to your device via Bluetooth (this will be the host speaker).
2. Turn on all other speakers you wish to sync.
3. On the host speaker, press the Broadcast button. The Broadcast indicator will flash.
4. On each additional speaker, press the Broadcast button. They will automatically connect to the host speaker.
5. Once connected, the Broadcast indicators on all speakers will remain solid.

Operating Instructions

1. Basic Controls

• Power Button: Press and hold to turn on/off. Short press to switch LED lighting modes (Breathing, Beats, Off).
• Volume Up (+): Short press to increase volume.
• Volume Down (-): Short press to decrease volume.
• Play/Pause Button: Short press to play or pause music.
• Bluetooth Button: Short press to enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Press and hold for 2 seconds to disconnect from the current device and enter pairing mode for a new device.
• TWS Button: Short press to initiate True Wireless Stereo pairing.
• Broadcast Button: Short press to initiate multi-speaker sync (Broadcast Playing Mode).

2. LED Lighting Modes

The speaker features dynamic LED lights that can be customized:

• Breathing Mode: Lights gently fade in and out.
• Beats Mode: Lights pulsate and change with the rhythm of the music.
• Light-Off Mode: LEDs are turned off to conserve battery or for preference.

To switch between modes, short press the Power button.

3. App Control (SoundPulse® App)

Download the SoundPulse® app to unlock additional features:

• Customizable EQ: Adjust bass, mid-range, and treble settings to create your preferred sound profile.
• Music Presets: Choose from various pre-set equalizer modes.
• Firmware Updates: Keep your speaker updated with the latest features and improvements.

4. Alternative Audio Inputs

In addition to Bluetooth, the speaker supports other audio sources:

• Aux-in Cable: Connect devices directly using a 3.5mm audio cable.
• USB Flash Drive: Insert a USB flash drive with audio files; the speaker will automatically play.
• SD Card: Insert an SD card with audio files; the speaker will automatically play.

Charging and Power Bank Function

1. Charging the Speaker

To charge your Tronsmart Bang 2 speaker:

1. Connect the provided USB-C to USB-C charging cable to the speaker's Type-C input port.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible USB power adapter (5V/3A or 9V/2.22A recommended).
3. The charging indicator will show the charging status. A full charge takes approximately 4.5 hours.

2. Power Bank Function

The Tronsmart Bang 2 can also serve as a power bank to charge your mobile devices:

1. Connect your device's charging cable to the speaker's USB-C output port.
2. The speaker will begin charging your device. This feature is useful for emergencies when other power sources are unavailable.

Maintenance

• Keep the speaker away from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, and corrosive substances.
• Clean the speaker with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Ensure all ports are dry before charging or connecting external devices, especially after exposure to water.
• Store the speaker in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.

Troubleshooting

Q: The speaker does not turn on.

A: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the speaker to a power source using the provided USB-C cable and try again.

Q: Cannot pair with a Bluetooth device.

A: Make sure the speaker is in Bluetooth pairing mode (flashing indicator). Ensure your device's Bluetooth is enabled and within range (over 15m/49ft). Try disconnecting from previous devices by holding the Bluetooth button for 2 seconds.

Q: No sound from the speaker.

A: Check the volume levels on both the speaker and your connected device. Ensure the speaker is correctly paired via Bluetooth or connected via Aux-in/USB/SD card. If using Aux-in, ensure the cable is fully inserted.

Q: Does the speaker have FM radio?

A: No, the Tronsmart Bang 2 does not have a built-in FM radio function.

Q: Can the LED lights be turned off?

A: Yes, short press the power button once to cycle through LED lighting modes, including an off mode.

Q: Is the rhythm of the music synchronized with the light?

A: Yes, in 'Beats Mode', the LED lights can sync with the music and vary with rhythms.

Q: Does music play automatically from a USB Flash drive or TF card once inserted?

A: Yes, the speaker will automatically begin playing music from a USB Flash drive or TF card once inserted.

User Tips

• For optimal multi-speaker performance, ensure synced speakers are within 10 meters (33 feet) of each other during broadcast playing mode.
• Utilize the USB-C output port to charge your phone or other small devices in an emergency.
• Customize your audio experience by using the SoundPulse® app to adjust the equalizer settings.
• To quickly disconnect the speaker from a paired Bluetooth device and connect to a new one, press and hold the Bluetooth button for 2 seconds.
