1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the SERVO A50 PRO Dual SIM Flip Mobile Phone. This device combines classic flip phone design with essential modern features, offering simple and convenient operation. It supports T-FLASH (memory) cards and Dual SIM standby, integrating functions such as SMS, MP3, MP4, Camera, FM radio, Video recorder, and more.

2. Package Contents

Ensure all items are present in your package:

3. Setup

3.1. SIM Card and Memory Card Installation

The phone supports two Nano SIM cards and one TF (memory) card for simultaneous use.

  1. Open the back cover of the phone.
  2. Carefully insert your Nano SIM cards into the designated SIM1 and SIM2 slots.
  3. Insert the TF (memory) card into its dedicated slot.
  4. Close the back cover securely.

Note: This product does not contain a SIM card; please purchase it locally.

3.2. Battery Charging

Your device is powered by a rechargeable battery. Before first use, or if the phone has not been used for a long time, it is recommended to charge the phone for 3-5 hours.

  1. Connect the provided Type-C cable to the phone's charging port.
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to a charger that supports 5V1A output.
  3. Allow the phone to charge until the battery indicator shows full.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Basic Operations

4.1.1. Power On/Off

  • Power On: Long press the End key to power on the phone if it is off.
  • Power Off: Long press the End key in standby mode to power off the phone.

4.1.2. Key Functions

4.1.3. Making Calls

In the standby interface, input a phone number using the number keys and press the Call key to make a call via SIM1 or SIM2. To end or reject an incoming call, press the End key.

4.1.4. Speed Dial

You can set speed dial contacts for numbers 2-9. This allows you to make a call with just one click without navigating through the phonebook.

4.1.5. Blacklist

Add specified numbers to the blacklist to prevent harassment and fraudulent calls.

4.1.6. LED Flashlight

Activate the strong LED flashlight with a single click on the side button for convenience and safety in dark environments.

4.1.7. Vibration Function

The phone features a vibration function, which can be activated for reminders during meetings or other situations where audible alerts are undesirable.

4.2. Communication Features

4.2.1. Messages (SMS)

Access the Message menu to write new messages, view your Inbox, Drafts, Outbox, Sent messages, and manage templates and SMS settings. The storage capacity depends on the phone's internal memory and external SIM cards.

4.2.2. Contacts (Phonebook)

The phone can store up to 500 phone numbers. SIM card contact capacity depends on your network operator.

4.2.3. Call History

In the main menu, you can view Missed, Dialed, Received, and All calls. You can also delete call logs and check call timers.

4.2.4. Automatic Call Recording

After activating this function, the phone will automatically record calls when you answer them.

4.3. Multimedia

4.3.1. Camera

The phone features a rear camera for taking photos. The screen acts as a viewfinder. Pictures are saved in JPG format. If memory is insufficient, manage files in "File manager".

4.3.2. Image Viewer

Select any picture to view it. Options include Send, Use as, Rename, Delete, and Image Information.

4.3.3. Audio Player

Enter the Audio player to play music. Options include Play, Add, Remove, Remove all, and Settings.

4.3.4. Video Player

Enter the Video player to play videos. Options include Play, Send, Rename, Delete, and Storage.

4.3.5. FM Radio

To use the FM Radio, insert earphones first. You can access Channel list, Manual input, Auto search, Settings, Record, and File list.

4.3.6. Sound Recorder

Enter Sound recorder to create new recordings or manage existing ones in the List.

4.4. Tools & Utilities

The phone includes several practical tools:

  • Alarm: Set multiple alarms.
  • Calendar: Organize your schedule.
  • Bluetooth: Connect to other Bluetooth devices.
  • Calculator: Perform basic calculations.
  • Torch: Access the LED flashlight.
  • File Manager: Explore and manage files on the phone and memory card.

4.5. Network Applications

The phone supports web versions of certain applications:

  • Internet Service: Open to view relevant webpage information.
  • Whatsapp: Access the web version of Whatsapp.
  • Facebook: Access the web version of Facebook.

Important Note:

  • This phone can only use 2G GSM network to browse relevant webpage information and cannot connect to WiFi or download application software.
  • The web versions of Whatsapp and Facebook may not be supported in all regions.

5. Settings

5.1. Phone Settings

  • Time and date: Adjust the phone's time and date.
  • Language: Select your preferred language (English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian, Arabic, Hebrew).
  • Pref. input method: Configure input methods.
  • Display: Adjust display settings.
  • Shortcut: Customize shortcut keys.
  • Dedicated keys: Configure dedicated key functions.
  • Flight mode: Enable or disable flight mode.

5.2. Profiles

The phone offers several profiles to customize ringtones and alerts based on your environment:

  • General
  • Silent
  • Meeting
  • Outdoor

You can customize each profile and activate it as needed.

5.3. Dual SIM Settings

Manage your SIM cards by setting them to Dual SIM open, Only SIM1 open, or Only SIM2 open. There is also a Prayer mode option.

6. Maintenance

6.1. Battery Maintenance

  • The full performance of a new battery is achieved only after two or three complete charge and discharge cycles.
  • Unplug the charger from the electrical outlet and the device when not in use.
  • Do not leave a fully charged battery connected to a charger for over a week, as overcharging may shorten its lifetime.

6.2. Device Care

  • Keep the device and accessories out of the reach of small children.
  • Keep the device dry. All types of liquids or moisture will corrode electronic circuits.
  • Do not store the device in hot areas. High temperatures can shorten the life of electronic devices and warp or melt certain plastics.
  • Do not attempt to open the device other than as instructed in this guide. Non-professional handling may damage the device.

8. Troubleshooting

8.1. Common Issues and Solutions

  • Phone does not turn on after charging: If the mobile phone has not been used for a long time, the battery power may be fully depleted. Charge the mobile phone for 3-5 hours using the provided Type-C cable and a 5V1A charger.
  • Emergency dialing only / No signal: This phone uses a 2G GSM network. If you experience this issue, it means your SIM card does not support the 2G GSM network frequency band. Please ensure you are using a SIM card that supports 2G GSM (850/900/1800/1900MHz). Note that some countries (e.g., South Korea, Singapore, Japan, Australia, Israel) have discontinued 2G networks, and the phone cannot be used in these regions.
  • Network applications (Whatsapp, Facebook) not working: The network applications on this phone only support web versions and may not be supported in all regions or by all network providers. This phone does not support WiFi or downloading additional application software.

9. User Tips

  • For optimal battery life, avoid overcharging the phone by disconnecting it once fully charged.
  • Regularly check your SIM card's 2G GSM compatibility, especially if traveling internationally, to ensure network connectivity.
  • Utilize the speed dial feature for quick access to frequently called contacts.
