Universal Machine Power Cord Wiring Instructions
The universal machine power cord has loose wires. Identify the wires corresponding to each function, connect them, and insulate with tape. Use a multimeter or 12V tester to measure the original vehicle wiring harness:
- When the key is in the "LOCK" position, a line will show 12V (battery +).
- When the key is in the "ACC" position, a line will show 12V. When the key is then moved to "LOCK", this line becomes 0V (ACC line).
- When the headlights are turned on, a line will show 12V. When the lights are turned off, this line becomes 0V (ILL line).

Special Vehicle Power Cord
For special vehicles, the power cord terminates in a socket designed to plug directly into the original car's wiring. If a CANBUS protocol box is included, it must be connected to the 8-pin position of the host unit. Power cord plugs and CANBUS protocol boxes vary by brand.
Reversing Camera Installation Method
This unit supports optional reversing cameras. Some models adapt to the camera's resolution type automatically, while others may require manual resolution settings for proper display.

Operating Instructions
Learning Steering Wheel Controls
To program steering wheel controls, press and hold a button on your original car's steering wheel. Identify the corresponding icon on the unit's screen. Click the icon to change its color, indicating successful learning.

Smartphone Integration (CarPlay, Android Auto, Mirrorlink)
This unit supports various smartphone integration features:
- Apple CarPlay (Wired & Wireless): Connect your iPhone via USB data cable for wired CarPlay. For wireless, enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on your phone, then connect via Bluetooth. The signal is transmitted via Wi-Fi, so CarPlay disconnects if Wi-Fi is off.
- Android Auto (Wired & Wireless): This feature may not be supported in all regions and requires Google Play services. Download and install the Android Auto app. Use a valid USB data cable for wired connection. For wireless, enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on your phone, then connect via Bluetooth. The signal is transmitted via Wi-Fi, so Android Auto disconnects if Wi-Fi is off.
- iPhone Mirrorlink (Wireless): When connected wirelessly, your iPhone screen content is projected onto the car screen. Direct control from the car screen is not supported for iPhones.
- Android Mirrorlink (Wireless): After connecting an Android device via USB, you will be prompted to install an APP. Reconnect the data cable to enter screen mirroring mode. You can operate from both the player and phone screens. Only image transfer is successful initially; audio transmission requires a Bluetooth connection.

Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your BQCC Android Car Player, follow these general maintenance guidelines:
- Keep the screen clean using a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Ensure all connections are secure and free from corrosion.
- Avoid exposing the unit to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
- Regularly check for software updates to enhance features and stability.
Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues and provides solutions. If problems persist, contact customer support.
1. Cannot boot normally
- Wiring Check: Ensure the yellow wire (positive), red wire (ignition switch), and black wire (negative) are correctly connected. Incorrect or loose connections will prevent booting.
- Fuse Check: If the 3 wires are connected correctly but the unit doesn't boot, check the fuse on the yellow line. If the fuse is intact, twist the yellow and red wires together, turn the key, and press the power button to test.
- Short Circuit Protection: If the fuse blows repeatedly, it indicates a short circuit in the unit's protection circuit. Do not replace the fuse repeatedly; the unit may require repair.
2. Automatic shut-down
- Cable Error: If the blue cable (automatic antenna power supply) is connected to the unit's power cable, it will automatically shut down. Correct the wiring.
- Unstable Voltage: Test the power supply with a stable 12V-5A source. If it still shuts down, the unit may be faulty.
3. There is noise
- Speaker Power: If the original speaker power is too low, noise may occur at high volumes. Reduce volume or replace speakers.
- Grounded Speaker Cable: Ensure speaker cables are not grounded. Connect them directly to the unit's speaker cable.
4. Remote control cannot be used
- Test Method: Use your mobile phone camera to view the remote control's light. If the light doesn't illuminate when a button is pressed, replace the battery. If it lights up, the remote control is functional.
5. Settings cannot be saved (no memory)
- Wiring: The yellow and red lines should be connected separately (yellow to positive, red to key control). If they are connected together or reversed, settings will not be saved.
6. Bluetooth not working
- Connection: Turn on the unit, search for its Bluetooth name on your mobile phone, and click Connect. If a pairing code is required, try 0000, 1234, or 123456. If issues persist, unplug the unit's power for 3 minutes and try again.
7. The product emits smoke
- Replace the FUSE. If the problem is not resolved, the internal circuit may be burned. After-sales service is required.
8. The sound cannot be adjusted
- Reset the unit or unplug/replug the power cord.
- If the volume knob is broken, it may need replacement.
9. Reversing camera does not display
- Wiring: Check for wrong or missing wiring. Ensure the reverse control line (pink) is connected to 12V positive, and the CAM video input is correctly connected to the backup light's positive and negative.
- Camera Fault: If the camera's light does not illuminate when properly wired, the camera may be broken and require replacement.
10. USB devices cannot be played
- Format: Format the USB flash drive to FAT32. Re-download content and try again. If it still doesn't work, replace the USB flash drive.
11. FM does not receive the radio station
- Antenna: Ensure the antenna plug is fully inserted and the antenna is not disconnected or faulty.
- Search: Use the AS button for automatic search or manually search using the 'before' or 'after' buttons. If issues persist, try inserting a screwdriver or metal strip into the antenna port.
12. No sound right after installation
- Wiring Error: This is usually due to a wiring error or a short-circuited original car speaker wire. Check if speaker cables are short-circuited and reconnect.
- Speaker Cable Count: Verify the number of speaker cables. If the original car line has only 2 speaker cables and doesn't match the unit, re-route the original car line. One speaker needs 2 wires; two speakers need 4 wires.
13. No sound after a while
- Disconnect all speaker cables from the unit (do not remove them). Connect an external speaker to the gray and purple wires of the tail line. Test for sound. If there is sound, the car's speaker line is short-circuited or the speaker is damaged. If there is no sound, the unit is faulty.
Note: If the device is updated, functions may change without prior notice.
