    2. Verify wiring: Combine the red and yellow wires and connect them to the positive side of the power supply; connect the black line to the negative. Ensure you are using the provided power cables.
    3. Check the fuse: Replace with the same type of insurance (fuse) if blown.
  • Time displayed after turning off: This is a normal function of the car radio and cannot be removed. If not desired, you must unplug the power positively and negatively.
  • No sound when playing music:
    1. Audio cable compatibility: If not using the original audio cable, check if your cable is suitable.
    2. Wiring collision: Ensure there is no collision between speaker wires or between power wires and speaker wires.
    3. Test speakers: Use a single speaker to connect a group of audio cables to test. Connect each of the four speaker cables separately to see if there is any sound.
  • Cannot search FM stations:
    1. Antenna connection: Ensure the radio antenna is properly inserted and well-contacted.
    2. Signal strength: Move to an area with better signal reception.
    3. Antenna condition: If the car's radio antenna is broken or ineffective, replace it.
  • Cannot connect Bluetooth:
    1. Pairing process: On your phone, open Bluetooth settings, search for 'SWL-BT', and pair. Use '0000', '1234', or '123456' if a code is required.
    2. Test with another phone: Try pairing with a different mobile phone.
    3. Power cycle: If issues persist, unplug the player's power plug from the back and plug it back in after 3 minutes.
  • GPS Map Update: Download the map update APK from a trusted source or use mobile data/WiFi hotspot to download and install directly. Copy to the GPS ROM and set the navigation path in the settings.
  • Music/Radio during Navigation: Yes, it is possible to listen to the radio or music simultaneously while using the navigation system.
