2.1 Compatibility Check

Before installation, it is crucial to verify compatibility with your vehicle. This unit is designed for Toyota Corolla models from 2009-2013. Please ensure your car's central console matches the compatible designs shown in Figure A below. If your console resembles Figure B, this unit may not be suitable, and you should contact customer service for alternative options.

Additionally, please provide your car's detailed brand, model, year, and a picture of your car's central console and the back of the original radio to customer service for a precise compatibility check. Note that the wiring harness is not compatible with vehicles equipped with premium factory sound systems (e.g., BOSE, amplified systems, Onstar).

2.4 Installation Steps (General Guidance)

Professional installation is highly recommended for this product. Incorrect wiring or installation can damage the unit or your vehicle's electrical system. The general steps involve:

1. Remove Original Radio: Carefully remove your vehicle's existing car radio and dashboard trim.
2. Connect Wiring Harness: Connect the provided power cable and RCA cable to the corresponding ports on the new unit and your vehicle's wiring. Ensure all connections are secure.
3. Connect Antennas: Attach the GPS antenna and, if applicable, the 4G module antenna. Position the GPS antenna in a location with a clear view of the sky.
4. Connect Optional Accessories: If using a reversing camera, driving recorder, or external microphone, connect them at this stage.
5. Test Functionality: Before fully reassembling the dashboard, power on the unit and test all primary functions (radio, display, touch screen, sound, steering wheel controls, etc.).
6. Secure Unit: Mount the new unit into the dashboard using the provided frame and secure it.
7. Reassemble Dashboard: Carefully reassemble the dashboard trim.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Basic Operation

• Power On/Off: Press and hold the power button (usually located on the front panel or a soft button on the screen) to turn the unit on or off.
• Touch Screen: Navigate the interface by tapping, swiping, and pinching on the 9-inch HD touch screen.
• Volume Control: Adjust volume using the physical buttons or on-screen controls.

3.3 Connectivity (WIFI, 4G, Bluetooth)

• WIFI: Go to Settings > Network > Wi-Fi to connect to an available Wi-Fi hotspot.
• 4G Network (S6 Version Only): Insert a 4G SIM card into the designated slot (refer to the diagram below). The unit will automatically connect to the 4G network.

• Bluetooth 5.0: Pair your smartphone or other Bluetooth devices via the Bluetooth settings menu. You can make hands-free calls, sync contacts, record calls, and stream music.

3.4 Navigation (GPS)

The built-in GPS module supports various navigation applications. You can use pre-installed offline maps (requires internet for initial data download) or download your preferred navigation apps like Waze, Navitel, IGO, Amap, Yandex, Sygic from the app store.

• USB Playback: Connect USB flash drives to the double USB ports to play audio (APE/FLAC/WAV/MP3/WMA) and video (MKV/RMVB/AVI/MP4/MDV) files.

• Steering Wheel Controls Not Working: If your original car steering wheel controls are not functioning correctly after installation, you may need to modify the wiring.

Note: If the original car steering wheel controls are not working properly, please cut the two wires circled in the image and wrap them with electrical tape. Then, test the steering wheel controls again to see if they function correctly. If you are unsure how to perform this operation, please contact our customer service for assistance.
