7. Maintenance

  • Keep the device clean and free from dust. Use a dry, soft cloth for cleaning.
  • Regularly check wiring connections for tightness and signs of wear or damage.
  • Ensure adequate ventilation around the device to prevent overheating.
  • Do not attempt to open or repair the device yourself. Refer to qualified personnel for service.

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your VaneAims Voltage Relay Protector, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • Device not powering on: Check the main power supply and wiring connections. Ensure the ON/OFF button is in the 'ON' position.
  • Device trips frequently: Review your set overvoltage, undervoltage, and overcurrent parameters. Ensure they are appropriate for your connected load and power supply conditions. Check for actual voltage/current fluctuations in your system.
  • Incorrect voltage/current readings: Verify wiring connections. If the issue persists, consider using the Voltage/Current Correction parameters (P-8, P-12 in Regular/Upgraded/All-in-One versions) for fine-tuning, or consult a qualified electrician.
  • Cannot change settings: Ensure you are in the SET state by long-pressing the SET button. If a password is set (P-19), you must enter the correct password (default 112) to unlock settings.
  • kWh display not accumulating (kWh/All-in-One versions): Check if the device is correctly wired and actively monitoring power. To reset the kWh value, you may need to contact the supplier as indicated in the manual (P-8 for kWh version).

If the problem cannot be resolved, contact customer support or a qualified electrician.

9. User Tips

  • Protective Film: The screen surface is covered with a factory protective film. Slight bubbles or scratches may occur during transportation. Please remove this protective film promptly after receiving the goods to achieve the best display effect.
  • Minimum Voltage Setting: Yes, it is possible to set a minimum voltage. This is controlled by the 'Undervoltage Setting' parameter (P-5 for Regular/Upgraded, P-3 for kWh/All-in-One versions). Adjust this value to your desired minimum voltage threshold.
  • Logo Customization: For bulk purchases, ODM service is available to customize the product with your own logo on the Upgraded Version. Contact the seller for details.

10. Disposal of Electrical Waste

All electrical waste should be disposed of in compliance with current WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) regulations. Do not dispose of this product with household waste. Contact your local authorities for information on proper recycling and disposal methods.
