6. Troubleshooting
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) about GEOID CC600
- Q: Does this bike computer support map navigation? How many routes can be loaded?
- A: It does not support map functions and does not display nearby streets; navigation is based on GPX files. Routes up to 300 kilometers long can be loaded, and up to 4 routes can be stored simultaneously.
- Q: Is it compatible with Komoot?
- A: Officially not supported. Plan the route on Komoot, export the GPX file, import it into the bike computer, and then ride. After that, download the FIT file and upload it to Komoot.
- Q: Why can't the road fork information be displayed?
- A: Due to map resource maintenance issues, some roads are missing, resulting in the lack of fork information at some intersections during navigation.
- Q: Why does my bike computer display inaccurate data after installation?
- A: The bike computer prioritizes speed sensor data (wheel circumference x number of rotations) instead of GPS. For accurate data, please manually set the correct wheel circumference in the application. The CC600 does not automatically calculate the wheel diameter.
- Q: Is the CC600 Smart GPS Cycling Computer difficult to use?
- A: Not at all. It is easy to use and if you have any trouble during use, please contact us for support: geoid@geoidsports.com. We are pleased to help you.
