2. Setup
2.1. Package Contents
Ensure all items are present in your package:

2.2. SIM Card and Memory Card Installation
The SERVO R18 PRO supports dual Nano SIM cards and one TF (Micro SD) card for memory expansion up to 32GB. To install:
- Locate the SIM/memory card slot on the side of the phone.
- Use the provided card removal pin to open the tray.
- Carefully place your Nano SIM cards and TF card into their respective slots on the tray.
- Insert the tray back into the phone until it clicks into place.
Note: This product does not contain a SIM card. Please purchase one locally if needed. It is recommended to install a memory card before using the phone to utilize its full storage capabilities.

2.3. Battery Charging
The phone comes with a built-in 1050mAh battery. Before first use, please charge the phone for 3-5 hours.
- Connect the Micro USB cable to the phone's charging port.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to a compatible 5V1A charger (not included).
- The charging indicator on the screen will show the charging status.
Important: Use a charger that supports 5V1A for optimal charging. Avoid using chargers with higher voltage/amperage unless specified, as this may damage the device.

- Making Calls: Dial the number using the keypad and press the Call button.
- Speed Dial: You can set 2-9 key shortcut dialing for quick access to frequently called contacts. Refer to the phone's settings for configuration.
- Receiving Calls: When a call comes in, use the shortcut button on the right side of the phone to answer or end calls directly without swiping the screen.
