4. Setup & Installation
4.1 Mounting the Mirror Monitor
- Attach the mirror monitor to your vehicle's existing rearview mirror using the provided strap mounts. Ensure it is securely fastened and does not obstruct your view.
- Adjust the front camera lens. The lens is retractable and can be flexibly mounted on various rearview mirrors.

4.2 Power Connection
The device can be powered via the car charger (Power Cable) for normal operation. For 24-hour parking monitoring, the step-down wire (also a Power Cable in the package) must be installed.
- Connect the car charger to the mirror monitor and your car's cigarette lighter socket.
- For 24H Parking Monitoring:
- Connect the GND (Negative -) wire to the car's ground.
- Connect the ACC (Positive +) wire to a fuse that is only powered when the ignition is on.
- Connect the BAT wire to a fuse that has constant power.

4.3 Rear Camera Installation
- Mount the AHD rear camera at the rear of your vehicle, typically above the license plate.
- Route the video cable from the rear camera to the mirror monitor.
- Connect the red wire from the rear camera's power cable to your car's reversing light power supply. This enables the reversing aid line function.

4.4 Micro SD Card Insertion
Insert a Class 10 or higher Micro SD card (up to 128GB) into the designated slot on the mirror monitor. Ensure the card is inserted correctly before powering on the device.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off
- The device will automatically power on and begin recording when your vehicle's ignition is turned on (if connected via car charger or ACC wire).
- It will automatically power off when the ignition is turned off.
5.2 Basic Recording
The dash cam features dual-lens recording (Front 4K, Rear 1080P) and loop recording. The latest video automatically overwrites the oldest unlocked video when the memory card is full.

5.3 Touch Screen Operation & View Switching
The 9-inch IPS touch screen allows for intuitive control. You can slide left and right on the screen to switch between front and rear camera views.

5.4 24H Parking Monitoring
When properly wired with the step-down cable, the device can monitor your vehicle for 24 hours. It supports G-sensor mode (emergency recording upon impact) and Time-lapse mode for continuous surveillance.

5.5 G-Sensor (Emergency Recording)
The built-in G-sensor automatically detects sudden shakes or collisions and locks the current video footage to prevent it from being overwritten, ensuring critical evidence is preserved.
