5. Setup

5.1 Battery Installation

  1. Vehicle Battery: Locate the battery compartment on the truck. Connect the provided 7.4V 1200MAH SM4P Lithium Battery to the truck's power connector. Secure the battery in its compartment.
  2. Remote Control Battery: Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote control. Insert 4 'AA' batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment cover.

5.2 Charging the Vehicle Battery

  1. Connect the 7.4V 1200MAH SM4P Lithium Battery to the USB charging cable.
  2. Plug the USB charging cable into a suitable USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter).
  3. The charging indicator on the USB cable will show the charging status (refer to the cable's specific instructions if available).
  4. Charging takes approximately 270 minutes. Do not overcharge the battery.

5.3 Attaching/Changing Accessories

The truck comes with interchangeable accessories: a gripper, a hook, and a plastic ball grip head. To change them:

  1. Ensure the truck is powered off.
  2. Locate the power cord connection for the current attachment on the grab arm. Disconnect it.
  3. Using the provided screwdriver, loosen the screw securing the attachment to the grab arm.

6. Operation

6.1 Remote Control Overview
