6. Troubleshooting
- Controller Not Responding: Ensure the power supply is correctly connected and provides the correct voltage (DC 5-24V) for your LED strip. Check all wiring connections (VCC, DAT, GND).
- Remote Control Issues: If the remote is not controlling the lights, try re-pairing it following the instructions in Section 2.4. Ensure the remote battery (CR2025) is functional.
- App Connectivity Problems: For WiFi controllers (SP528E), ensure your device is connected to the same WiFi network as the controller. For Bluetooth controllers (SP318E, SP668E), ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device and the controller is within range. Restarting the app or controller may resolve temporary issues.
- Inconsistent Lighting Effects: Verify that your LED strip type is compatible with the controller (e.g., WS2811, WS2812B). Check the maximum pixel count supported by your controller model (SP668E: 600, SP528E: 1200, SP318E: 900). Exceeding this limit can cause issues.
- Voice Control Not Working (SP528E): Confirm that the SP528E is properly linked to your Alexa or Google Assistant account and that your voice commands are clear and correct.
