1.4 Configuring the Coin Acceptor

The vending machine is equipped with a multi-value coin acceptor (either 616 or 916 model, depending on your specific unit). This acceptor can be programmed to recognize specific coin types and values, and to set the number of coins required per dispense.

  • For example, you can configure it to require two 1-Euro coins for one card, or two 2-Euro coins for one card.
  • The pulse settings on the coin acceptor allow you to define the number of coins needed and the probability of a card being dispensed after successful payment.
  • Refer to the specific instructions provided with your coin acceptor model (616 or 916) for detailed programming steps.

  1. Ensure the machine is powered on and cards/stickers are loaded.
  2. The "PLEASE INSERT COIN" message will be displayed on the coin acceptor.
  3. Insert the required number and type of coins into the coin slot as configured.

3.2 Cleaning the Coin Acceptor

Periodically inspect the coin acceptor for dust or debris that might interfere with coin recognition. Use a soft brush or compressed air to clean the coin path. Do not use liquids directly on the electronic components.

3.3 Emptying the Coin Box

Open the front access panel using the key. Locate the coin collection box beneath the coin acceptor. Slide out the box to empty collected coins. Reinsert the box securely after emptying.
