2. Setup and Assembly

The Bigzzia RGB Gaming Chair requires assembly. Please follow the steps below carefully. It is recommended to have a second person assist during certain stages of assembly.

2.3 General Assembly Steps (Refer to video for detailed instructions)

1. Attach the casters to the star base.
2. Insert the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the star base.
3. Attach the seat mechanism to the underside of the seat cushion.
4. Place the assembled seat onto the gas lift cylinder.
5. Attach the backrest to the seat cushion using the side brackets.
6. Install the headrest and lumbar support cushions.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Chair Adjustments

• Height Adjustment: Use the lever located under the seat on the right side to adjust the chair's height. Pull the lever up to raise the chair; sit on the chair and pull the lever up to lower it. The height is adjustable from 117cm to 127cm.
• Recline Adjustment: The chair features an adjustable recline mechanism, allowing you to adjust the backrest from an upright 90° to a relaxed 155° angle. Use the recline lever (typically on the left side under the seat) to unlock and adjust the angle, then push the lever down to lock it in place.
• Armrests: The chair is equipped with comfort linkage armrests that move with the recline of the backrest.

3.2 RGB LED Lighting

The chair features colorful RGB LED lights on the back and seat edges, controlled by a wireless remote.

4. Maintenance

• Chair Squeaks: Check and tighten all assembly bolts. Applying a small amount of silicone lubricant to moving metal parts (like the recline mechanism or gas lift connection) can help.
• Difficulty Adjusting Height: Ensure the gas lift lever is fully engaged or disengaged. If the gas lift is faulty, it may need replacement.
• Wheels Not Rolling Smoothly: Clean any debris (hair, dust) from the casters. Ensure the casters are securely inserted into the base.
• RGB Lights Not Working: Check the USB power connection. Ensure the remote control batteries are functional and correctly inserted. Try re-pairing the remote if applicable (refer to remote instructions if provided separately).
