Setup
- Place the BlitzWolf BW-S31 charging station on a stable, flat surface with adequate ventilation.
- Connect the provided AC power cable to the charging station's power input port.
- Plug the other end of the AC power cable into a standard wall outlet (AC100-240V, 50Hz/60Hz).
- The digital display will illuminate, indicating the device is powered on and ready for use.
Operating Instructions
Connecting Devices:
Connect your devices to the appropriate USB-C or USB-A ports using compatible charging cables. The charger will automatically detect the connected device and deliver the optimal charging power.
Digital Display:
The integrated digital display provides real-time information on the power output (in Watts) for each active port, as well as the total power being drawn. This allows you to monitor charging status at a glance.
The display features a screen touch switch, allowing you to turn the display on or off as needed.
Intelligent Power Allocation:
The BW-S31 features Full Time Power Intelligent Allocation Technology. This means the charger dynamically distributes the total 240W output among the connected devices based on their power requirements and the number of ports in use. This ensures efficient and optimized charging for all devices.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Disconnect the charger from the power outlet before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosols.
- Storage: Store the charger in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture when not in use.
- Cable Care: Avoid bending or crimping the charging cables excessively, as this can damage them.
Troubleshooting
- Charger not powering on:
- Ensure the AC power cable is securely connected to both the charger and the wall outlet. Verify the wall outlet is functioning correctly.
- Device not charging:
- Check if the charging cable is properly connected to both the charger and the device.
- Try a different charging cable.
- Try a different port on the charging station.
- Ensure your device is compatible with the charging protocols supported by the BW-S31.
- Slow charging:
- Ensure your device and cable support fast charging protocols (PD, QC).
- If multiple high-power devices are connected, the intelligent power allocation might distribute power, leading to slightly lower individual port outputs. Refer to the charging scenarios for expected power distribution.
- Check the digital display to confirm the power output for the specific port.
- Digital display is off:
- The BW-S31 features a screen touch switch. Gently tap the display area to turn it on or off.
User Tips
- Display Control: If you find the digital display distracting, remember it has a touch switch to turn it off.
- Optimal Charging: For maximum charging speed on a single device, use one of the 140W USB-C ports (C1 or C2) with a compatible cable.
- Compatibility Check: While the charger is widely compatible, always ensure your device and cable support the fast charging protocols (PD3.1, QC3.0, etc.) for the best performance.

Seller's Warranty:
This item comes with a basic 1-month seller's warranty. If the item is found defective within 1 month of receipt, a replacement will be offered without extra charge (including shipping fee) after the defective item is received by the seller.
For items that are Dead on Arrival (DOA), buyers can return them within 14 days for a replacement. Please contact customer service before sending the item back.
