2. Setup Guide
2.1 Battery Installation and Initial Charge
- Open the Back Cover: Gently pry open the back cover of the phone.
- Remove Insulating Tape: Locate the battery. There is a layer of yellow insulating tape on the battery terminals. Carefully remove this tape before inserting the battery. Failure to do so will prevent the phone from turning on.
- Insert Battery: Place the battery into its compartment, ensuring the contacts align correctly.
- Close Back Cover: Snap the back cover firmly into place.
- Initial Charging: If the phone does not turn on immediately, or if it has not been used for a long time, connect the phone to a power source using the provided Type-C USB cable and a 5V1A charger. Charge the phone for 3-5 hours before first use.

2.2 SIM Card and Memory Card Installation
The SERVO BM10 LTE supports two Nano SIM cards and one Micro SD card (expandable up to 16GB) for additional storage.
- Open Back Cover: Follow the steps above to open the phone's back cover.
- Insert SIM Cards: Carefully insert your Nano SIM cards into the designated SIM1 and SIM2 slots. Ensure they are correctly oriented.
- Insert Memory Card: If desired, insert a Micro SD card into the memory card slot.
- Close Back Cover: Replace the back cover securely.
