  2. Insert the thermal paper into the compartment. Ensure the printing side of the paper is facing the print head.
  3. For roll paper, place the roll in the designated slot. For folded paper, feed the first sheet through the entry slot.
  4. Close the printer cover securely.
  5. Adjust the paper slot width using the two clips if necessary to accommodate different paper sizes (210mm/107mm/77mm/56mm).

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Powering On/Off

Press and hold the Power Button for approximately 2 seconds to turn the printer on or off.

5.2. Connecting to Mobile Devices (Bluetooth)

The PeriPage P81 connects to iOS and Android mobile phones via Bluetooth using the dedicated PeriPage app.

  1. Ensure the printer is powered on.
  2. Download and install the 'PeriPage' app from your device's app store.

6. Maintenance

6.1. Cleaning the Print Head

  3. Gently wipe the print head with a cotton swab lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1. Printer Not Connecting via Bluetooth

  • Turn off the printer immediately.
  • Open the paper compartment.
  • Gently pull out any jammed paper. Avoid tearing the paper inside the printer.
  • Ensure the paper is loaded straight and the paper guides are adjusted correctly for the paper width.
  • Close the cover and restart the printer.

7.4. Printer Not Responding

  • Check the battery level and charge the printer if needed.
  • If the printer is completely unresponsive, locate the Reset Button inside the paper compartment and use a small pin to press it. This will perform a hard reset.
