5. Setup Instructions

5.1. Connecting to a Computer/Device

  1. Power: Ensure the monitor is powered. If using USB-C for power, connect the provided USB-C to USB-C cable to a power source (e.g., a wall adapter or a powered USB-C port on your device).
  2. USB-C Connection (for signal, touch, and power): If your device has a full-featured USB-C port (supporting DisplayPort Alternate Mode and Power Delivery), connect the monitor using the USB-C to USB-C cable. This single cable can provide video, touch, and power.
  3. HDMI Connection (for signal, with separate power/touch): If your device does not have a full-featured USB-C port, use the HDMI cable for video signal. For touch functionality and power, you will need to connect a USB-A to USB-C cable from your device's USB-A port to one of the monitor's USB-C ports. Ensure the monitor also receives power via a separate USB-C connection to a power source if your device's USB-A port cannot supply sufficient power.

Note: When connecting devices with higher power requirements (such as gaming devices), the display illumination may blink or not turn on due to insufficient power supply. Before connecting the monitor to these devices, connect the original power adapter to the monitor via the USB-A to USB-C cable to obtain sufficient power.

5.2. Using the Stand or VESA Mount

  • Included Stand: Attach the provided stand to the monitor for desktop use.
  • VESA Mounting: For a more permanent setup, use the 75x75mm VESA mount holes on the back of the monitor to attach it to a compatible VESA arm or wall mount (sold separately).

Note: Touch functionality is not available when the monitor is connected to devices such as Apple devices (Mac systems support single touch only), PS3/4/5, Switch, X-box, Steam-Deck, Fire TV stick/cube, etc.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning the Screen: Gently wipe the screen with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. For stubborn marks, lightly dampen the cloth with water or a screen-specific cleaning solution (do not spray directly onto the screen).
  • Cleaning the Casing: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the monitor's casing.
  • Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the monitor in a cool, dry place, protected from dust and direct sunlight.
  • Avoid Liquids: Do not spill any liquids on the monitor or its ports.

8. Troubleshooting

8.1. No Signal / Black Screen

  • Ensure all cables (HDMI, USB-C) are securely connected to both the monitor and your device.
  • Verify that the monitor is receiving power. Check the power indicator light.
  • Confirm your device's display output is enabled and configured correctly (e.g., extended or duplicated display settings).
  • Try a different cable or port on both the monitor and your device to rule out faulty connections.
  • If using HDMI, ensure a separate USB-C cable is providing power to the monitor.

8.2. Touch Functionality Not Working

  • Ensure the USB-C cable is properly connected and supports data transfer for touch. If using HDMI, ensure the USB-A to USB-C cable for touch is connected.
  • Verify that your connected device supports touch input via the chosen connection method.
  • Remember that touch functionality is limited or unavailable for certain devices (e.g., Apple devices support single touch only; no touch for PS3/4/5, Switch, X-box, Steam-Deck, Fire TV stick/cube).
  • Restart both the monitor and the connected device.

8.3. Display Illumination Blinks or Does Not Turn On

  • This often indicates insufficient power. Ensure the monitor is connected to a stable and sufficient power source.
  • If connecting to a high-power device (e.g., gaming console), always connect the monitor's power adapter first via the USB-A to USB-C cable to ensure adequate power supply.
