3. Setup Guide
3.1 Charging the Keyboard
The keyboard is equipped with a 10000mAh rechargeable battery. Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the keyboard.

3.2.1 Type-C Wired Connection
- Ensure the mode switch on the side of the keyboard is set to 'Wired' (usually indicated by a cable icon or 'USB').
- Connect the keyboard to your computer using the provided Type-C USB cable.
- The keyboard will be automatically recognized by your system.
3.2.2 2.4G Wireless Connection
- Locate the 2.4G wireless receiver (dongle), typically stored in a slot on the keyboard.
- Plug the 2.4G receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
- Set the mode switch on the side of the keyboard to '2.4G'.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Basic Keyboard Functions
The SOLAKAKA Ki99 Pro functions as a standard 99-key keyboard. All keys perform their labeled functions by default.
4.2 RGB Backlight Control
The keyboard features 16.8 million RGB backlighting with various effects. You can adjust the backlight via shortcut keys, the multifunctional knob, or the dedicated driver software.
- Light Mode Switching: Press FN + V to cycle through different RGB lighting modes.

- Removing a Keycap: Use the keycap puller to gently pull the keycap straight up.
- Removing a Switch: Use the switch puller to carefully grip the top and bottom clips of the switch and pull it straight up.
- Installing a New Switch: Align the pins of the new switch with the holes on the PCB. Gently push the switch down until it clicks into place. Ensure the pins are not bent.
- Installing a Keycap: Place the keycap over the switch stem and push down firmly.
