6.1 Intelligent Temperature Control Technology
The CL600S is equipped with intelligent temperature control. When the light generates heat and the internal substrate temperature exceeds 65 degrees Celsius, the brightness mode will be automatically lowered. This protects the lamp beads and extends the service life of the device.

6.2 Intelligent Start and Stop - Energy-Saving Power Supply Management
The main light automatically turns on after being vibrated. In Intelligent Mode, the light enters standby mode when turned off. At this time, the main light is off, and the button indicator light flashes blue once every two seconds. Within one hour, the remote control can turn on the bike light. After one hour, the button indicator stops flashing, and the remote control cannot turn on the bike light; it must be turned on manually.
Intelligent Mode and Manual Mode:
When the light is turned off, long press the button for 3 seconds to switch between Intelligent Mode and Manual Mode. The main light will flash once to indicate that the switch is successful. The indicator light is blue in Intelligent Mode and green in Manual Mode.
6.3 Anti-Glare Cut-Off Safety Design & Side Light Warning
The CL600S features an independently developed clear cut-off line, adhering to the German STVZO standard, to prevent dazzling oncoming traffic. Additionally, the side lens refraction light design effectively alerts pedestrians and vehicles, enhancing overall riding safety.

7. Wireless Control (Optional)
The CL600S supports wireless remote control for convenient lighting mode changes. Note that the remote control needs to be purchased separately.
7.1 Pairing CL600S with Remote Control:

- Storage: Store the light in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid extreme temperatures.
- Charging: Charge the battery regularly, even if not used frequently, to maintain battery health.

10. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your CL600S bike light, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Light does not turn on. | Low battery or power button not pressed correctly. | Charge the light fully. Long press the power button for 0.5 seconds to turn on. |
| Light turns off unexpectedly. | Low battery or overheating. | Check battery level and recharge. If overheating, the intelligent temperature control may have reduced brightness or turned off the light to protect components. Allow it to cool. |
| Brightness is lower than expected. | Intelligent temperature control activated due to high temperature. | This is normal operation to protect the light. The brightness will return to normal once the temperature drops. |
| Wireless remote control not working. | Not paired or remote battery low (if applicable). | Re-pair the remote control with the light as per Section 7.1. Ensure the remote has power. |
| Light not turning on with remote after 1 hour in standby. | Intelligent Start/Stop feature requires manual activation after extended standby. | Manually turn on the light using the power button on the device. |
11. User Tips
- Secure the USB Plug: Always ensure the USB rubber plug is securely closed after charging, especially before riding in wet conditions, to maintain the IPX6 waterproof rating.
- Optimal Mounting: Experiment with both up-mounted and under-mounted positions to find what works best with your bike computer and riding style for optimal visibility and beam cut-off.
