This device is designed to enhance your driving experience with advanced features such as 4K video recording (T368 model), seamless smartphone integration, GPS navigation, and voice control. This manual provides essential information for the proper setup, operation, and maintenance of your device. Please read it carefully before use.

Note on Models:

  • T368: Features a 4K 360° rotating front-facing lens and supports an optional 1080P rearview camera, offering full DVR functionality.
  • T369: This model is an 11.3-inch large screen display unit only, without a front camera or DVR function.

2. Setup and Installation

2.1 Package Contents

Please check the package for the following items:

  • Main Display Unit (T368 or T369)
  • Car Charger
  • AUX Cable
  • Base Bracket
  • Optional: Rearview Camera (for T368 model, if purchased)
  • Optional: GPS Module (if purchased)

2.2 Vehicle Compatibility

The device is compatible with vehicles providing 12V-32V power, including cars, campers, RVs, trucks, and vans.

2.3 Mounting the Display Unit

  1. Attach the base bracket to the main display unit.
  2. Place the unit on your dashboard in a position that does not obstruct your view or interfere with driving controls.
  3. Ensure the bracket is securely fastened to prevent movement during driving.

2.4 Power Connection

Connect the provided car charger to the device's power input and plug it into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket.

2.5 TF Card Insertion

Insert a Class 10 or higher TF card (up to 256GB) into the designated TF card slot on the side of the device. This is essential for DVR functionality (T368 model) and storing media.

2.6 Camera Installation (T368 Model Only)

The T368 model features an integrated front camera. For optimal recording, adjust its position:

  1. The front lens supports 360° rotation. Rotate it to capture the desired view (front road, inside cabin, or right side).
  2. The lens also supports up and down sliding for fine-tuning the vertical angle.

If you have purchased an optional 1080P rearview camera, connect it to the AV input port on the main unit and install it at the rear of your vehicle according to its specific instructions.

2.7 GPS Module Connection (Optional)

If you have purchased the optional GPS module for track recording, connect it to the designated port on the device. Refer to the diagram for proper connection.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Basic Operation

  • Power On: The device will power on automatically when the vehicle's ignition is turned on.
  • Power Off: The device will power off automatically when the vehicle's ignition is turned off.
  • Touch Screen: Navigate the interface by tapping and swiping on the 11.3-inch HD IPS touch screen.

3.2 Wireless Carplay & Android Auto

  1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and the device.
  2. On the device, search for and pair with your smartphone via Bluetooth.
  3. Once paired, enable Wi-Fi on the device (if prompted) to establish the Wireless Carplay or Android Auto connection.
  4. Your smartphone's interface will now be mirrored on the device, allowing access to navigation, music, calls, and other compatible apps.

3.3 Voice Control (Siri/Google Assistant)

With Carplay or Android Auto active, you can use voice commands for hands-free operation:

  1. Activate Siri (for Apple devices) or Google Assistant (for Android devices) through the device's interface or by using the designated voice command.
  2. Speak commands for navigation, making calls, playing music, etc.

3.4 GPS Navigation

Utilize the integrated GPS functionality for precise real-time location and navigation. When connected via Carplay or Android Auto, you can use your preferred navigation apps.

3.5 Audio Output Methods

The device offers four ways to output audio:

  • Bluetooth: Connect to your car's Bluetooth system to play audio through your vehicle's speakers.
  • FM Transmission: Set the device to an unused FM frequency, then tune your car's radio to the same frequency to transmit audio.
  • Built-in Speaker: Audio can be played directly through the device's integrated speaker.
  • AUX Connection: Use the provided AUX cable to connect the device to your car's AUX input for direct audio playback.

3.6 Wireless Mirror Link

The Mirror Link feature allows you to cast your smartphone's screen to the device. This supports Apple Airplay for iOS devices and Android Cast for Android devices, enabling you to play videos or display other content from your phone.

3.7 DVR Function (T368 Model Only)

The T368 model provides comprehensive video recording capabilities:

  • Three Recording Channels: Simultaneously record from the Front (4K, 3840x2160), Inside/Right (4K, 3840x2160), and optional Rear (1080P, 140° view) cameras.
  • Seamless Loop Recording: Recordings are automatically overwritten when the TF card is full, ensuring continuous recording without manual deletion. Important footage can be protected from being overwritten.
  • Emergency Locking (G-Sensor): In the event of a sudden impact or collision, the built-in G-Sensor will automatically detect the event and lock the current video segment, preventing it from being overwritten.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Cleaning the Device

  • Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the screen and exterior of the device.
  • For stubborn smudges, lightly dampen the cloth with water or a screen-safe cleaner.
  • Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that may damage the screen or casing.
  • For camera lenses (T368 model), use a lens cleaning cloth to gently wipe away dust or smudges.

4.2 TF Card Management

  • Regularly format your TF card (at least once a month) to ensure optimal performance and prevent data corruption.
  • Back up important video files to another storage device before formatting.
  • If the TF card shows signs of degradation or frequent errors, replace it with a new Class 10 or higher card.

5. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your device, please refer to the following common solutions:

  • Device not powering on: Check the car charger connection and ensure your vehicle's power outlet is functioning.
  • Screen unresponsive: Try restarting the device by unplugging and re-plugging the power. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
  • Carplay/Android Auto not connecting: Ensure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on both the device and your smartphone. Try forgetting the device on your phone and re-pairing.
  • Poor audio quality via FM transmission: Try changing the FM frequency on the device and your car radio to an unused channel to minimize interference.
  • DVR not recording (T368 model): Ensure a TF card is inserted and properly formatted. Check the recording settings in the device menu.
  • GPS not tracking: Ensure the optional GPS module is correctly connected (if applicable) and the device has a clear view of the sky.
