1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

Please observe the following safety precautions to prevent injury or damage to the equipment:

4. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Placement: Choose a flat, stable, and non-slip surface for the vibration platform. Ensure there is enough clear space around the unit for safe operation.
  3. Power Connection: Insert the power cord into the power inlet on the side or bottom of the unit. Then, plug the other end into a suitable electrical outlet.
  4. Remote Control: Ensure the remote control has working batteries (not included).

5. Operating Instructions

The vibration platform can be operated using the integrated control panel or the remote control.

5.1 Control Panel Overview

  • POWER: Turns the unit ON/OFF.
  • MODE: Cycles through different vibration modes (e.g., 3D, 4D, Vertical, Horizontal, or combined).
  • TIME: Adjusts the exercise duration (1-10 minutes).
  • SPEED +/-: Increases or decreases the vibration speed (1-20 levels).
  • START/PAUSE: Starts or pauses the current program.
  • AT (AUTO): Activates automatic programs (P1, P2, P3, P4).
  • LCD Screen: Displays Time, Speed, Program, and potentially Calorie information.

5.2 Basic Operation

  1. Plug in the power cord and press the POWER button to turn on the unit.
  2. Step onto the platform. For varying intensity, position your feet as shown in Figure 2: closer together for 'Walk' (lower intensity), shoulder-width apart for 'Jog' (medium intensity), and wider for 'Run' (higher intensity).
  3. Select your desired mode using the MODE button.
  4. Adjust the exercise time using the TIME button.
  5. Adjust the speed level using the SPEED +/- buttons.
  6. Press START/PAUSE to begin your workout.
  7. To use an automatic program, press the AT (AUTO) button and select P1, P2, P3, or P4.
  8. To stop the workout, press START/PAUSE again, or press POWER to turn off the unit.

5.3 Using Elastic Ropes

If your model includes elastic resistance ropes, attach them to the designated anchor points on the platform. These can be used to incorporate upper body exercises while vibrating.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the surface of the platform with a soft, damp cloth after each use. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

  • Inspection: Regularly check the power cord for any signs of damage. If damaged, discontinue use and contact support.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your vibration platform, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • Unit does not power on:
    • Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the unit and a working electrical outlet.
    • Check if the power outlet is functional by plugging in another device.
  • No vibration:
    • Ensure the unit is powered on and the START/PAUSE button has been pressed.
    • Check the selected speed level; increase it if it's too low.
  • Remote control not working:
    • Replace the batteries in the remote control.
    • Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the unit's sensor.

9. User Tips

  • Start Slowly: If you are new to vibration platforms, begin with shorter durations (e.g., 5 minutes) and lower speed settings. Gradually increase as your body adapts.
  • Vary Your Stance: Experiment with different foot positions (as shown in Figure 2) to target different muscle groups and vary the intensity of the vibration.
  • Incorporate Exercises: Don't just stand! Try squats, lunges, push-ups (with hands on the platform), or use the elastic ropes for a full-body workout.
  • Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your workout.
  • Listen to Your Body: If you experience any pain or discomfort, stop immediately.
