  • Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Inspection: Periodically check all moving parts, such as pedals and cranks, for any signs of wear or looseness. Tighten any loose screws if necessary.
  • Lubrication: No regular lubrication is required for the internal mechanism.

4. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your DC1 Mini Pedal Exerciser, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • Device not powering on: Ensure you are actively pedaling. The device is self-powered and requires movement to activate the display.
  • Inaccurate data readings: Check that the device is placed on a stable, flat surface and that your pedaling motion is consistent. If connecting to an app, ensure a stable Bluetooth/ANT+ connection.
  • Overheat Protection: If the device stops working during an intense workout, it may have triggered overheat protection. This can occur when working above 70W for 10 minutes or more. Please let it cool down before continuing use.
  • Unusual noises: Check for any loose parts or obstructions around the pedals or crank arms. Ensure the non-slip mat is properly placed to reduce noise.
  • Difficulty adjusting resistance: Ensure the control knob is functioning correctly and not obstructed.

If the problem persists, please contact customer support for further assistance.
