2. Setup
2.1 Power Connection
- Connect the power adapter to the DC IN port on the projector.
- Plug the power cord into a suitable power outlet.
2.2 Initial Power On
- Press the power button on the top of the projector or on the remote control to turn on the device.
- The projector will boot up, displaying the Linux OS interface.
2.3 Placement and Projection
Place the projector on a stable, flat surface. Ensure there are no obstructions in front of the lens. The projected dimension can range from 48 to 120 inches.
2.4 Focus Adjustment
The MECOOL KP2 supports both auto focus and manual focus.
Auto Focus:
The projector will automatically adjust the focus upon startup or when moved. You can also trigger auto-focus by pressing the dedicated focus button on the remote control.

Manual Focus:
Use the "F+" and "F-" buttons on the remote control to manually adjust the focus until the image is clear.

4. Maintenance
4.1 Optical Machine Care
The KP2 adopts a fully enclosed internal circulation heat dissipation optical machine technology. This design completely eliminates dust accumulation in the optical path, extending service life and improving user experience. No special cleaning of the optical path is required.
4.2 General Cleaning
To clean the exterior of the projector, use a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
4.3 Light Source Life
The LED white light source has a life expectancy of 20,000 hours. Watching 5 hours a day, the service life can reach 4000 days, offering long-term usage.

5. Troubleshooting
5.1 No Power
- Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the projector and a working power outlet.
- Check if the power outlet is functional by plugging in another device.
5.2 No Image / Blurry Image
- Verify the projector is powered on.
- Adjust the focus using the "F+" and "F-" buttons on the remote or allow auto-focus to engage.
- Check the keystone correction settings if the image is distorted.
- Ensure the lens is clean and free from dust or smudges.
5.3 No Sound
- Check the volume level on the projector and the source device.
- Ensure the projector is not muted.
- If using external speakers, ensure they are properly connected and powered on.

- Replace the batteries in the remote control.
