4. System Upgrade

- Copy the OTA-zip file (firmware update file) to a TF card or USB storage device.
- Disconnect the power adapter from the TV Box.
- Insert a non-metallic stick (like a toothpick) into the small reset hole located at the bottom of the device. Press and hold the reset button inside the hole.
- While still pressing the reset button, plug the power adapter back into the TV Box.
- Continue holding the reset button until the Android logo appears on your TV screen, indicating the device is restarting. Release the button.
