5. Setup

5.1. App Download

To control the smart siren alarm, you need to download the 'SmartLife' application:

• Search for "SmartLife" in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
• Alternatively, scan the QR code provided in the manual to download the app.

Scan the QR code to quickly download the SmartLife app.

5.2. Physical Installation

The siren alarm is designed for easy, tool-free installation:

1. Rotate the mounting base counterclockwise to remove it from the product.
2. Attach the mounting base to your desired location using the provided 3M double-sided tape or screws and expansion tubes.
3. Align the siren alarm with the mounted base and rotate clockwise to secure it.

The siren can be easily installed in various environments using 3M double-sided tape.

5.3. Device Connection (WiFi Version)

After downloading and registering the SmartLife app with your email address:

1. Open the SmartLife app and click the "Home" tab, then the "+" icon, or select "Add Device".
2. There are two modes for connecting the WiFi version:
• Bluetooth Mode:
  1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile phone.
  2. Long press the reset key of the siren alarm for 5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes rapidly.
  3. The app should detect "Devices to be added: 1". Press "Go to add".
  4. The app will automatically connect to your Wi-Fi network.
• EZ Mode (Easy-Connect Network):
  1. Long press the reset key of the siren alarm for 5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes rapidly.
  2. In the app, select "EZ mode" and then press "Next".
  3. The sensor will then enter the automatic network connection process.

5.4. Device Connection (ZigBee Version)

Note: The ZigBee version requires a ZigBee Gateway or multi-mode gateway to function. Ensure your ZigBee gateway is already successfully connected to the SmartLife app.

1. In the SmartLife app, select the ZigBee gateway you have already connected.
2. Click on the "Gateway" interface, then select "Add subdevice".
3. Long press the reset key of the siren alarm for 5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes rapidly.
4. The app will detect and add the device. Once added successfully, click the sensor icon to enter the app interface and configure settings.

The ZigBee system operates by sensors detecting danger, transmitting to a gateway, which then triggers the siren alarm and app notifications.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. APP Remote Operation

The SmartLife app provides a clear interface for remote control and customization:
