5. Setup

5.1 SIM Card and TF Card Installation

The OUKITEL G5 supports flexible connectivity with dual Nano SIM cards or one Nano SIM card and one TF (microSD) card for expanded storage.

  1. Locate the SIM card tray on the side of the device.
  2. Insert the provided SIM ejector tool into the small hole next to the tray and gently push until the tray pops out.
  3. Carefully place your Nano SIM card(s) and/or TF card into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure the gold contacts are facing down and the cards are correctly oriented.
  4. Gently push the tray back into the device until it is flush with the side and clicks into place.

  • Calls: Open the "Phone" app, enter the desired number using the dial pad, and tap the call icon.
  • Messages: Open the "Messages" app, tap the new message icon, enter the recipient's contact or number, type your message, and then tap the send icon.

  • Wi-Fi: Navigate to Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi. Toggle Wi-Fi on and select your desired network from the list. Enter the password if prompted.
