- Insert 4 AA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity.
- Close the battery compartment cover.
5.4 Assembling Lights (Optional)
The front and rear light wires need to be assembled by yourself. Refer to the car's wiring diagram (if provided separately) or the car's internal structure for proper connection points.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Remote Control Functions
The remote control uses a full proportional synchronization control system (gun control) for precise operation.

- Power Switch (Toggle Switch): Turns the remote control ON/OFF.
- Steering Wheel: Turn left/right to control the car's direction.
- Throttle/Brake: Pull back for forward movement, push forward for brake/reverse.
- Lighting Control: Activates/deactivates the car's lights (if assembled).
- Speed Switching: Adjusts the car's maximum speed.
- SUB-TRIM: Fine-tunes steering and throttle neutral positions.
- EPA (End Point Adjustment): Adjusts the maximum travel of steering and throttle.
- TH REV (Throttle Reverse): Reverses the throttle channel direction.
- REVERSE: Reverses the steering channel direction.
6.2 Driving the RC Car
- Turn on the remote control, then turn on the car. The car and remote should automatically pair.
- Use the steering wheel to control direction and the throttle trigger for speed.
- Practice in an open area to get accustomed to the controls.
- Be mindful of the car's run time, which is approximately 12 minutes on a full charge.
- The car's speed regulator will automatically reduce speed when the battery is low (below 6.4V) and stop when critically low to prevent battery damage.
7. Maintenance
Regular maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your UD1610PRO RC car.
7.1 Quick Release Structures
The car shell, differential, and transmission shaft are designed with quick disassembly and assembly structures for easy maintenance and part replacement.

7.2 Cleaning
- After each use, especially off-road, clean dirt and debris from the car's chassis, wheels, and suspension.
- The thickened PVC shell and nylon/PC plastic parts are durable and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
- Ensure all motor and electrical controls, equipped with aluminum heat sinks, are free from obstructions for proper cooling.
7.3 Component Inspection
- Regularly check the oil pressure shock absorbers for proper function and leaks.
- Inspect the universal metal dog bones and metal gear transmission system for wear or damage.
- Ensure all metric hexagon screws are tight. (Note: Except for differential and motor teeth (1.5mm), all are 2mm hex screwdriver compatible).

8. Troubleshooting
- Car not responding:
- Check if both the car and remote control are powered on.
- Ensure car battery is charged and correctly connected.
- Replace remote control batteries if they are low.
- Ensure the car and remote are within operating range (≥100m).
- Reduced speed or sudden stop:
- This is a normal protection function when the car battery is low. Recharge the battery.
- Check for any obstructions in the wheels or drivetrain.
- Car pulls to one side:
- Adjust the steering SUB-TRIM on the remote control.
- Inspect the steering linkage for damage or misalignment.
- Unusual noises:
- Check gears for debris or damage.
- Inspect motor and drivetrain components.
9. User Tips
While no specific user reviews or Q&A were provided for this manual, here are some general tips for maximizing your RC car experience:
- Battery Management: Consider purchasing additional 2S 2500-2800mAh batteries for extended run times, as recommended for optimal performance. Always allow batteries to cool before recharging.
- Driving Environment: The UD1610PRO is an off-road vehicle, but avoid extremely harsh environments like deep water or very fine sand which can damage electronics and moving parts.
- Spare Parts: Familiarize yourself with the quick-release components. Having common spare parts like dog bones or differential gears on hand can minimize downtime.
- Learning Curve: RC cars, especially high-speed brushless models, can be powerful. Start with lower speed settings if available and gradually increase as you gain proficiency.
