Introduction
This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient use of your MFUZOP 12V 200Ah LiFePO4 Deep Cycle Battery. Please read this guide thoroughly before installation and operation to ensure optimal performance and longevity of your battery.
The MFUZOP LiFePO4 battery offers high safety due to good thermal stability, preventing thermal runaway. It boasts a long cycle life, typically exceeding 10,000 cycles, and stable performance even at high temperatures. This environmentally friendly battery contains no harmful substances.

Important Safety Instructions
Failure to follow these safety instructions may result in serious injury, property damage, or damage to the battery. Always exercise caution when handling batteries.
- Read through all labels on the battery and this user guide before first use.
- When connecting batteries in series or parallel, read all precautions on how to connect first to avoid damage.
- Keep the battery away from rain, splashes, and any wet locations.
- DO NOT short circuit the battery.
- DO NOT reverse polarity connection.
- DO NOT expose the battery to fire, heat sources, or direct sunlight.
- DO NOT dismantle or modify the battery yourself.
- DO NOT drop, crush, shake, strike, or penetrate the battery.
- Always use the specified charger to charge batteries.
- Our batteries are assembled using waterproof glue. If disassembly is required, contact customer service for guidance. Disassembled batteries may not be restorable to their original state.
Setup and Connection
Proper setup is crucial for the performance and safety of your LiFePO4 battery system.
Connecting Multiple Batteries (Series and Parallel)
The MFUZOP 12V 200Ah LiFePO4 battery supports both series and parallel connections for capacity expansion. You can connect up to 4 identical batteries in series or parallel.
- Ensure all batteries connected have the same Voltage (V), Capacity (Ah), and are of the same type (Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4)).
- It is recommended to use batteries from the same brand for connection due to potential variations in built-in Battery Management Systems (BMS).
- Fully charge all batteries before connecting them in series or parallel.
- Maximum support is 4 battery packs in series/parallel. Connecting more than 4 batteries may cause permanent damage.

Cable Sizing
When determining the appropriate cable size (AWG) for your system, consider the electrical load and the distance between the load and the batteries. All battery interconnect cables should be of the same wire gauge (AWG) and length, and ideally from the same brand, to prevent unbalanced charge and discharge performance.

Operating Instructions
The MFUZOP LiFePO4 battery is designed for various applications, offering high performance and stability.
General Applications
This battery is widely used in applications such as RV/outdoor camping, solar/wind power systems, lighting (LED strips), scooters, 12V routers, power wheels, fish finders, kayaks, small UPS systems, backup power, Ham Radio, and cellular remote cameras.

Rated Power Considerations
When using the battery with an inverter, be aware of the power requirements of your appliances. For AC motor appliances (e.g., air conditioners, water pumps), the peak power can be double or even triple its rated power. Always consult the appliance manufacturer for accurate peak power data.
For example, while two 12V 200Ah batteries in parallel provide a theoretical max power of 2560W, a 1500W AC air conditioner might require 3000W (2x1500W) from the battery bank and inverter to operate normally.
Temperature Variations
The battery is designed to cope effectively with extreme temperature variations, providing excellent continuous discharge work from -4°F to 150°F (-20°C to 65°C).

Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your LiFePO4 battery.
Battery Storage
To store your battery, keep it at least 30%-50% charged. It is recommended to charge the battery every 6 months when not in use to prevent over-discharge.

Troubleshooting
The MFUZOP LiFePO4 battery features a built-in Battery Management System (BMS) for comprehensive protection. This system safeguards the cells from common issues such as overcharge, over-discharge, and short-circuits, and also balances battery cells.
- Overcharge/Over-discharge Protection: The BMS will automatically disconnect the battery if voltage levels exceed safe limits during charging or fall below safe limits during discharge.
- Short-Circuit Protection: In the event of a short circuit, the BMS will immediately cut off power to prevent damage to the battery and connected devices.
- High Temperature Charging Protection: If the battery is fully discharged and then immediately recharged at half capacity, it may trigger high temperature charging protection. Allow the battery to cool or charge at a lower rate if this occurs.
- Unbalanced Cells: The BMS actively balances the cells to ensure optimal performance and lifespan. If you suspect an imbalance, ensure the battery is fully charged, and the BMS will work to rebalance the cells.
