5.3. Wet Vacuuming
For wet vacuuming, ensure the appropriate wet filter (e.g., foam filter) is installed and the HEPA filter is removed to prevent damage. Do not overfill the tank.
- Remove the HEPA filter and install the wet filter (if applicable).
- Attach the appropriate wet cleaning accessory.
- Turn on the vacuum cleaner.
- Move the accessory over the liquid spill to suction it into the tank.
- Monitor the tank level to avoid overfilling. The vacuum has a float mechanism that will stop suction when the tank is full.
5.4. Blowing Function (Blowing System)
The vacuum cleaner can also be used as a blower to clear debris from surfaces or to collect dust when using power tools.
- Disconnect the flexible tube from the suction inlet.
- Locate the blowing outlet (usually on the rear or side of the motor head).
- Attach the flexible tube to the blowing outlet.
- Turn on the vacuum cleaner. Air will now be expelled from the hose.
- Use the drill dust collector accessory by connecting it to the hose and positioning it near the drilling area to capture dust.

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the efficiency and longevity of your vacuum cleaner.
6.1. Emptying the Tank
Empty the tank after each use, especially after wet vacuuming.
- Unplug the vacuum cleaner from the power outlet.
- Release the latches securing the motor head to the tank.
- Carefully lift the motor head off the tank.
- Pour out any liquids or dispose of solid debris from the tank.
- Clean the inside of the tank with water and mild detergent if necessary, then dry thoroughly.
6.2. Filter Cleaning and Replacement
The Conga Rockstar features a double filtering system with a HEPA filter and a water filter.
- HEPA Filter: For dry vacuuming, the HEPA filter retains fine dust and allergens. It should be cleaned regularly by tapping it gently to remove dust or by rinsing it under cold water. Ensure it is completely dry before re-installing. Replace the HEPA filter every 6-12 months, or sooner if suction power decreases significantly.
- Water Filter: For wet vacuuming, the water in the tank acts as a primary filter. The water should be emptied and replaced after each wet use. The foam filter (if present for wet use) should be rinsed and dried.

Figure 6: Cleaning the filter and emptying the tank.
6.3. Accessory Cleaning
Clean all accessories (hoses, tubes, brushes) regularly to prevent blockages and maintain hygiene. Rinse them with water and mild soap, then allow them to air dry completely.
