Maintenance and Care
Water Resistance:
Your MEGIR 2248 watch is 3 ATM water resistant. This means it is suitable for daily use, such as washing hands, sweating, or light rain. It is NOT suitable for showering, swimming, diving, or any activities involving submersion in water.

General Care:
- Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures (hot or cold).
- Clean the watch regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For the silicone strap, you can use a damp cloth with mild soap and water, then dry thoroughly.
- Avoid contact with chemicals, solvents, and detergents, which can damage the watch case, strap, or seals.
- If the watch is exposed to saltwater, rinse it with fresh water and dry it immediately.
- Store your watch in a dry place when not in use.
Troubleshooting
- Watch not running: Check if the crown is pushed all the way in. If it is, the battery might need replacement.
- Incorrect time/date: Refer to the "Setting the Date and Time" section to re-adjust.
- Chronograph not resetting to zero: Follow the reset instructions in the "Setting the Date and Time" section. If the issue persists, the watch may require professional service.
- Condensation inside the watch: This indicates a potential breach in the water resistance. Avoid further contact with water and seek professional service immediately.
