1. Introduction
The Beok CCT-28-X Wireless Hub Controller is designed for water underfloor heating systems. It serves as a central control unit, managing zone valves, boilers, and circulating pumps. By precisely controlling these components based on user-defined temperatures, the hub optimizes comfort and energy consumption.
2. Product Advantages
- Easy Power Connection: Requires only a main power supply connection at the manifold location, with direct three-wire cable connections to thermostats, eliminating the need for complex professional wiring.
- Simplified Wiring: Wires are connected according to their respective colors, making installation straightforward.
- Effortless Maintenance: The clear and neat wiring design simplifies any future maintenance tasks.
- Boiler and Pump Protection: Features a time delay function that ensures the boiler and pump activate only when water valves are fully open and deactivate when target temperatures are met, preventing unnecessary wear.
- Extended Equipment Lifespan: By operating the boiler and pump only at appropriate temperatures, the system reduces their running time, thereby extending their operational life.

4. Components Overview
The Beok Smart 8 Channel Wireless Hub Controller system typically includes:
- Wireless Hub Controller (CCT-28-X): The central unit for managing heating zones.
- Wireless Thermostats: Devices (e.g., BOT-R6X, BOT-R7X) for temperature sensing and control.
- Normally Closed Actuators: Up to 8 actuators can be connected per zone.
- Power Cables: For connecting the hub to the main power supply, pump, and boiler.

5. Installation
5.1 Safety Precautions
- Always cut off the main power supply before installing, disassembling, cleaning, or maintaining the controller.
- Read and follow all instructions carefully.
- Installation should be performed by a professional engineering company with appropriate safety knowledge.
- All wire connections must comply with local and national standards.
5.2 Wiring Diagram
The hub controller is designed to connect to a 220V power supply, a pump, and a boiler. It supports up to 8 heating zones, with each zone capable of connecting 5-8 normally closed actuators.

5.3 Thermostat Mounting Options
Thermostats can be mounted in two ways:
- Wall Mount: Securely mounts to walls using screws. No junction box is required.
- Table Stand: Features a detachable magnetic base for tool-free placement on any flat surface.

6. Setup & Pairing
6.1 Hub and Thermostat Pairing
Follow these steps to pair your thermostats with the hub controller:
- Initiate Pairing on Hub: Long press the "RF Pairing Key" on the hub controller until LED8 starts flashing.
- Pairing for BOT-R6X (Square) Thermostat: Turn on the thermostat. Long press the down arrow button (▼) until the pair icon appears (displayed for less than 1 second). Upon successful pairing, LED8 on the hub will stop flashing, and LED7 will start flashing.
- Pairing for BOT-R7X (Round) Thermostat: Turn off the thermostat. Long press the power button until the pair icon appears (displayed for less than 1 second). Upon successful pairing, LED7 on the hub will stop flashing, and LED6 will start flashing.
- Continue Pairing (if needed): If you need to pair more thermostats, repeat step 2 or 3 for the next thermostat. If not, wait 15 seconds until the LED light stops flashing.
- Activate Control: After completing the pairing, turn off and then turn on each thermostat. The thermostat's control of the hub will then take effect.
Switching Paired Terminals: To switch the terminal being paired, long press the "RF Pairing Key" until LED8 flashes. Short click the "RF Pairing Key" to cycle through the LED lights (LED8 to LED1). When the desired terminal's LED flashes, follow step 2 or 3 to complete pairing.
One Thermostat Controlling Multiple Terminals: To use one thermostat to control multiple terminals, pair it to LED8 first. Once LED8 is paired, LED7 will start flashing. Repeat the pairing process for LED7, and so on, until LED1 is paired.
Cancel Pairing: Long press the "RF Pairing Key" for 3 seconds until LED8 starts to flash. Short click the "RF Pairing Key" to select the terminal you wish to unpair. Then, long press the "RF Pairing Key" again for 3 seconds until the LED light for that terminal stops flashing, indicating successful cancellation.
6.2 App Connection (for WiFi Thermostats)
If you are using a WiFi-enabled thermostat, you can connect it to the Tuya Smart Life app for remote control:
- Turn on Thermostat: Ensure your WiFi thermostat is powered on.
- Activate WiFi Pairing Mode: For square thermostats, long press the up arrow button (▲) for 5 seconds until the WiFi icon flashes. For round thermostats, long press the power button for 5 seconds until the WiFi icon flashes.
- Enable Phone Settings: On your smartphone, ensure Bluetooth and 2.4G WiFi are turned on.
- Open Tuya App: Launch the Tuya Smart Life application.
- Add Device: The app should automatically detect the thermostat. Click 'Add' when prompted.
- Enter WiFi Credentials: Input your 2.4G WiFi network name and password.
- Complete Setup: Follow the on-screen prompts and click 'Done' once the device is successfully added. You can now control your thermostat via the phone app.
7. Operating Instructions
7.1 Remote Control
Once your WiFi thermostat is connected to the Tuya app, you can control your entire heating system remotely from anywhere. The hub itself does not connect to WiFi directly but relies on the WiFi thermostat for smart functionality.

The wireless connection between the hub and the thermostat has an effective range of up to 30 meters indoors.

7.2 Daily Programming
The thermostat allows for daily programming, enabling you to set different times and temperatures for each day of the week. You can configure up to 6 periods per day, with adjustable start times and temperatures for each period.

7.3 Voice Control
The system is compatible with popular voice assistants, allowing for convenient voice control of your thermostat. Supported platforms include Yandex Alice, Google Assistant, and Amazon Alexa.

7.4 Device Sharing
Through the Tuya app, you can easily share control permissions for your thermostat with family members and friends, allowing multiple users to manage the heating system.

7.5 Heating and Cooling Modes
The thermostat supports both heating and cooling functions, making it versatile for various climate control needs. It can be used for heating in dry contact boilers or for both heating and cooling in dry contact heat pump systems.

8. Maintenance
Regular maintenance is minimal due to the clear and neat wiring design. Ensure the hub and thermostats are kept clean and free from dust. Periodically check all connections for security. For any internal issues, consult a professional technician.
9. Troubleshooting
- No Power to Hub: Check the main power supply connection and ensure the power indicator light (LED11) on the hub is on.
- Thermostat Not Controlling Hub: Ensure the thermostat is correctly paired with the hub. Refer to Section 6.1 for pairing instructions. After pairing, remember to turn the thermostat off and on again to activate control.
- LED Indicators Not Working: If an LED light for a specific zone is not lighting up when the thermostat starts heating, check the wiring for that zone and ensure the actuator is functioning correctly.
- No Remote Control via App: Verify that your WiFi thermostat is successfully connected to the Tuya app (Section 6.2) and that your phone has a stable internet connection. Ensure Bluetooth and 2.4G WiFi are enabled on your phone during the setup process.
- Power Outage Recovery: In case of a power outage, the thermostat sends a signal to the controller every 30 minutes. The system will resume normal operation within 30 minutes after power is restored.
10. User Tips
- Actuator Compatibility: The Beok CCT-28-X hub is designed for use with normally closed actuators. Ensure your actuators are compatible for proper system function.
- WiFi Network: When connecting your WiFi thermostat to the app, ensure your home network is 2.4GHz, as the device may not support 5GHz networks.
- Battery Life: If using AAA batteries for your thermostat, consider rechargeable options for convenience and environmental benefits.
